Dr. Dieter listens when I describe my work needs rather than telling me what I should want. Ive been a patient here since the 1980s when Dr. Ring opened the practice. Mall hours make getting an appointment convenient (I dont have to take off of work), and there is always plenty of parking- (even during the xmas season). Everyone has been, and is- polite, professional and warm. If I wanted cookie-cutter scripted conversations, I could go across the hallway in the mall to the Lenscrafter "store".

Went here for a contact fitting and general eye exam. The staff were very pleasant and checked me in extremely quick. Didnt even wait 5 minutes to see the doctor. She was very thorough in her explanation of do and dont regarding my new contacts, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My mom recommended Dr. So to me. Dr. So is someone I can trust to come back to for future visits. Also Dr. So helped me with my dry eyes. My condition is not cured, but it is improved. I recommend visiting any month but Christmas because the mall is short on parking that time of year.

My first time visiting and by far a great place to get your eyes checked. Staffing is helpful all around answering any questions you have from your vision insurance company to walking you through pricing. I would definitely recommend you coming here.

from the time that i walked in the door the staff was very friendly. I was in with the doctor in no time; who by the way was very clear and helpful. They also have a vast variety of brand for frames to choose from.will most definitely be going back

An excellent annual follow-up check-up for my lasik with Dr. Yip. The office staff was efficient and Dr.Yip spent time addressing my questions. Did miss seeing Dr.So. He has always been very professional..
