I never write reviews but thought Id share my experience thus far. The waiting time is outrageous....nearly 2 hrs my last visit. I have yet to see the doctor and Im now 20 weeks pregnant. I really like the lady that I do see though. A few weeks ago I had quite a scare when I received a voicemail from Valley Childrens asking me to come in for some time sensitive appointments. I cried all night thinking something was wrong with my baby, but when I finally spoke to both Childrens and my doctors office, they informed me it was "routine." Valley Childrens said they hear that many moms get scared when hearing from them and that she would talk to my doctors office about warning us. Not the greatest experience....

Although there can be a long wait time I love it here. They really work one on one with patients and try to really understand whats going on if your having any issues they leave notes of any questions or concerns you may have had at the prior visit and they always follow up with you to see if your better or worse.

I tryed to set an appointment here twice. Both times the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me when I told her I was a new patient, when I called back and said "I think I was just talking to you and got disconnected" she hung up again. Okay then. Ill take my money somewhere else.

I wouldnt give them a star at all if that were an available option. 2 hours sitting in the waiting room, whats the point of making an appointment ? Left my old Dr because they didnt know what theyre doing ,came here to find out they dont know wtf theyre doing either.

I hate this place!!!!!! I set an appointment and an hour and a half still havent called me!!! I was the first one there, showed up 30 mins before my appointment!!!!!
