Dr. Hernandez is the best. She listens to my every need and makes sure Im fully aware of what is going on at every appointment. Although shes awesome, Ive ran into multiple issues with the front staff. There is no warm welcome or greeting, no one is smiling and I always feel like the vibe isnt nice every time I go in. From check in, to being aware of patient financial responsibility, all the way to check out, the staff lacks at communicating with the status of what is going on at that appointment. I literally had an issue in every part of my visits when I went in each check up. I work at a clinic as front desk and having plenty experience in customer/patient services. I dont think Ive ever made another person feel like their visit wasnt important or made their experience more difficult than it should be. I get that vibe with this staff every time I go in. Its disappointing being that Dr. Hernandez and her MAs are awesome at what they do. Just hope they can communicate better with patients and be more sensitive in that environment of expecting mothers and just women in general. I rate Dr. Hernandez a 10 and her staff a 3.

Today was my second visit here and I love the Doctor. However, I was not welcomed with a greeting or acknowledged when I arrived. The wait time to be seen is ridiculous. At both appointments I was finally seen 30-40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I asked the front desk lady if this is normal for there office and she said it depends on the day. I work in the Dental/Healthcare field and our patients and their time are made a huge priority at our office. They are seen within minutes of their scheduled appointments, if not taken back right when they arrive. Our office is extremely busy, so I know it is possible to manage their schedule and timing more efficiently. We make appt times for a reason and I dont have all day to be waiting to be seen for an appt I scheduled on purpose in advance. Happy with the doctor, bur not so happy with the atmosphere and efficiency of the staff.

Dr. Hernandez is very personable and makes you feel important. She remembered me and comforted me. However, the overall staff and management is very unfortunate. I only came to be with Dr. Hernandez because my initial doctor cancelled after I waited 4 weeks for an appointment. The staff initially suggested I reschedule for 6 weeks later and when I refused I was offered to see Dr. Hernandez. Communication of test results and billing was poor and I felt like I had to work for them to contact me appropriately. I waited 6 months for test results and they always just blamed the lab. I received a surgical procedure that was later deemed unneccessary. Overall, I was displeased with the level of service I received for routine services and cant imagine using this office for the birth of a child. I wouldnt recommend the office to a friend or family member or even an acquaintance.

Best OB/GYN ever! Never rushes me, always gives me her undivided attention, and I know it seems silly...remembers me. I cant tell you how many times Ive gone to doctors over the years and each time I see them its like they are meeting me for the first time. Dr. Hernandez is warm, friendly, and funny! Her knowledge and expertise is top-notch. Ive run into her outside of the office and she recognizes me, greets me and chats. She is, by far, my favorite doctor. I wish I could see her for all my needs. :)

Horrible experience. Dr. Hernandez is nice, but her staff is awful. I found myself calling them to get answers they were supposed to call me back for. I would suggest going to a different doctor if you want any kind of customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
