She is absolutely amazing. I first met her about 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my twins. Id just been "fired" (I walked out) from OBGYN Associates for advocating for myself and my babies. Dr. Ashley was AMAZING. She really believes in INFORMED CONSENT. If I had questions she was literally willing to print out the research she was referencing for me to look over with my husband and make an informed decision. She has never touched me without obtaining my permission, she has always explained anything she was going to do (ex. Im going to do a cervical exam now to check your dilation, ok?) before she did anything, she followed my birth plan as well as we were medically able to, and she actually made me feel EMPOWERED by my pregnancy and birth, rather than making me feel like I had a disease like previous doctors had during my twin pregnancy and my singleton pregnancy. And even today I walked into her office and as soon as she entered the room she was glad to see me, greeted me by name (without having to look at my chart), and asked about my babies and if she could see pictures. My twins are 2 now, and she hasnt seen them since my 6 week appointment. She is an amazing doctor who is willing to take the time to get to know her patients and really devote the time to discuss what options (pregnancy/birth control/treatment) is really best for your and your family. I can not sing her praises high enough. The office usually does run a bit behind the appointment time BUT you have to keep in mind that she gives each patient her full and undivided attention. <3

Dr Ashley herself is very nice and I like her as a person but this is a business and my health we are talking about. I had the longest wait ever (about an hour and a half) pretty sure she saw me on her lunch due to her office staff being unorganized, overbooking, unknowledegable, just being all out rude and not getting things done. They had me do bloodwork just to tell me they were unable to get the results... Im still waiting and my visit was a week ago. They were supposed to call a prescription to my pharmacy which took twice. And last but not least I had to call twice to get my lab slip after waiting a week for them to call me. I truly feel bad for Dr Ashley overworked with such a terrible staff in the front!

Literally worst experience at the office ever . The staff is so rude and has an attitude all the time ... every time I have called they kept me on hold over 15 minutes then hang up!!! This doctor who delivered my son( dr. Ashley ) was mean during the delivery I would never ever recommend anyone here ! I didnt deserve the Attitude or smart remarks they would always make they made me feel less of a person ... I want to try and talk to someone high up about this because I had the most traumatic and worst experience ever here and delivering.. the only good thing about his office is doctor Hernandez! She is the only amazing one in that office I really wish I had her my whole pregnancy..

Worse experience in a doctors office i have ever dealt with. The tech and doctors dont seem to ever be on the same page. We wait nearly an hour up to two hours to be seen. The receptionist acts like its an inconvenience on her part that we need to reschedule after waiting over an hour and not to mention they cant type our name in the system correctly despite having the ID in her hand. Overall i would not recommend this office, however, the doctor and tech are wonderful. The wait time is beyond annoying. 10am does not mean 1130.
