I read the reviews posted on the board and have an opinion. I have four children and my wife has had three different OB/GYNs. This pregnancy was the hardest one for my wife and to have a new OB/GYN was terrifying for us both. Is he a cesarean doctor? I feel definitely not. My wife was told by another doctor that her next child would have to be cesarean. Dr. Mason told her the opposite and gave her all the options and choices. Was he busy and was his office busy? What doctor’s office isnt now-a-days? When he is with you, he is with you and you have his time and it worth waiting for. This was a hard pregnancy for us all and I was happy and confident in Dr. Masons ability as a fine OB/GYN and a caring human being. No doctor is perfect but my new son is well and my wife was WELL cared for by Dr. Mason. He is the finest doctor we have had. I recommend him fully.

With my 1st pregnancy my experience was wonderful, not so with my 2nd. It was obvious it had grown and felt like a cattle call. Staff was insensitive, rude and unable to answer any of my questions...ever. It was odd and a complete change from what I remembered. After my 1st pregnancy I recommended Dr. Mason to many, each one that used him, loved Dr. Mason but rarely saw him and felt as if there was no real connection since they met more with nursing staff. I honestly couldnt believe it until I experienced it. In the end I switched doctors before even seeing Dr. Mason or the same nurse twice. I must add I was quite bummed though because Dr. Mason is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner, he just needs a new staff or the old one he had years back.

Pros Im having a really hard time thinking of something postive and regret more than anything choosing this practice. The Dr is kind and has a good bedside manner but was not able to schedule many appointments with him. Cons Extremely cold environment Treated like a number Rude and demeaning staff. One of them told me I needed to go to school to understand my labs. No same day appointments even if you are sick and another specialist is insisting. Appointments are rescheduled with different providers Important red flags were not monitored in my case. Did not know I was a patient after a complicated delivery Too busy of a practice Very rushed

Doctor Mason is the best hands down! The nurses and staff are amazing. I had multiple miscarriages and a horrible experience with a previous doctor and I lost hope. I cannot say enough good things about this office and doctor. His bedside manner, he takes his time to hear your concerns, and (best part) he gave me hope again. I have a 18 month old today and I am happy to have had a great experience with Dr. Mason. Wait times are about 20 minutes, normal imo.

Doctors/NPs are nice and staff is ok, but the wait times are ridiculous! Why am I still waiting in a room an hour after my appointment? And getting an appointment is like getting on the VIP list at the Oscars. I could not pick any appointments that were semi convenient during my pregnancy, nor reschedule any because nothing was ever available. Its take it or leave it and thats very frustrating!

Waiting more then a hour and the hostess said that the doctors backed up for and it shouldnt take that long maybe half an hour or so...what a liar! Still waiting! Another half hour just pass and still have to go to work!

As far as the doctor his great... He needs to talk to his scheduler in the front desk.... Really bad attitude. I mean like she runs that office.
