Dr. Lanter was my doctor gor my first pregnancy. She clearly cares about her patients physical as well as emotional well-being. She is as gentle as possible during checks and takes time to answer any questions you have. But, if all is well she gets you in and out quickly without wasting your time. I like that I can get my appts done in my lunch hour. The staff and nurses are very kind and Ive never had an issue getting an appt or having to wait too long to be seen. Great team and the best doctor Ive ever had. During my delivery of my 10 pound baby she did a great job with my episiotomy. My stitches were done perfectly, I wasnt in any significant pain and had no pain within a week. She and Dr. Carter also fought for me at the hospital to make sure my induction didnt get postponed and that I wasnt discharged before I was ready to go home. I appreciated all of their support.

Would not recommend. The entire office stops answering phones and leaves work early every day and they leave for lunch early too. So "closed at 5:00pm" means "closed at 4:45," or as Ive found, what seems like "closed whenever we feel like leaving." Ive changed doctors, glad all I need to do is pick up my medical records. How inconsiderate to your patients not to keep the office hours you publicly post.

Dr. Carter is kind and incredibly good at what he does. I saw another doctor in the practice when I was pregnant with my first child but Dr. Carter was on call when I delivered. Now with my second pregnancy Im back with Dr. Carter and I couldnt be happier. I know that not only will he tell it to me straight but that he is incredibly experienced. Plus Theresa (his nurse) is a godsend!!
