I went to Dr. Claus approximately three years ago when I had a PPO and remembered feeling very safe with her. When I recently got PPO insurance again I came online to find her again. After returning to her office I have to say that she is still the safe, secure, and knowledgeable doctor that I remember. She answers every question I have with patience (and I have a lot). Her staff is friendly and helpful. Im not sure why the person below would submit to a procedure that they didnt feel that they wanted or needed but doctor Claus has always explained exactly what procedures she feels is necessary and explains them in depth. Everyone wants something different in a doctor and Dr. Claus may be too blunt for some but I prefer a doctor who is absolutely, positively straight forward with me. Im not super happy with the billing system but, I dunno, that has more to do with insurance and has nothing to do with the skill, care and compassion of Dr. Claus.

I have known Dr. Claus for over 12 years and she is a truly amazing doctor. She is a straight arrow. She is honest and compassionate. Any test I have had has been needed. She has truly gone beyond ANY doctor I know to be there for me and for those I know. Her billing service is totally fair and very polite. I have referred may people to her and they all are still with her and find her to be very professional. She has wonderful therapy dogs who are very calming to most people, however, she ALWAYS asks if you want them in the room or not.Sadly for me, they were not there today, and I truly missed them. Dr. Claus is an EXCELLENT doctor who I will take my own daughters to see. I feel truly blessed to have been a patient of hers for so many years. She will always find the time to listen and to offer advice. She is truly a kind soul.

I almost never write bad reviews but I have to agree completely with the other reviewers. I had an awful experience. Aside from the fact that everyone is rude, Dr. Claus just doesnt seem interested. Barely spoke to me or asked questions. Was not helpful at all with the questions I asked her. Made a snide remark about getting tested for STDs that was completely inappropriate. On top of that, they billed me for a copay that doesnt even apply and I have been trying to get a hold of someone in billing to get a refund. No one answers. When I asked the office if there was a certain time I should call to get a live person on the phone, she said rudely, "That is the number you have to call. You have to leave a message and they are checked from "time to time"". Wow, how about you do your job ALL the time and not from "time to time".

Terrible Doctor! She performed an invasive test on me that she would of known was unhelpful and unnecessary if she would of bothered to listen to me. I was billed a $130 co-pay for this and when I called her office to dispute it she put it in collections along with sending a letter saying if I didnt pay I would no longer be a part of her practice. To bad for her I found another doctor when I got home from my visit so it was not much of a threat. SHE IS RUDE, DOESNT ANSWER QUESTIONS AND LEAVES THE ROOM WITHOUT TELLING YOU THE EXAM IS OVER. When leaving the office I realized she rushed the exam to return to lunch at her desk. Im pretty sure she doesnt like me but the level of care I got there was shocking.

I am writing this review to advise any future patient to find another Dr. Dr. Theresa Claus is a heartless witch who cares more about her bill than her service. She is a money grubbing satanist who think that destroying credit is a reason to collect a very small amount by sending out collection notices and harassing her patients with collection calls. She is vicious and so are her billing practices. Find another service provider and be grateful you checked this Dr. out.

Ive been Seeing Dr. Clause for about 10 years now and Im more than happy..I would never think of going to another doctor, shes simply the best! Her staff are just as nice and knowledgeable. They all make you feel so comfortable. I hope she never retires because I dont want another doctor. Ive referred my sisters and both loved her.

I have been seeing Dr. Claus for almost 5 years - on EVERY single visit I have found her staff to be professional and Dr. Claus is a calm, knowledgeable and helpful practitioner. She takes the time to answer any and all questions. I was referred to her by my GP who is highly respected and said his wife goes to Dr. Claus.
