The receptionist charged me for an office visit, and told me I had to pay up front for an ultrasound that my insurance covered 100%. Since then, they have given no record to my insurance, and no receipt to me that states why I had to pay up front. Ive been on the phone with my insurance for hours at a time. They ended up refunding me for the ultrasound, but Im still waiting on an explanation and a refund for the office visit, which I cant contact right now because theyre closed from 12-1:30p. The receptionist has given me the run around to contact my insurance, and billing, but even billing has no idea why I was charged. I feel so scammed! Not to mention Dr. Cole seems so cold, like he wants to get in and out of there as soon as possible. All in all, he seemed like a nice guy, but got in and out so fast that I ended up wondering what happened the entire visit. Best to go somewhere else to a receptionist who knows what theyre doing.

I was referred to Dr. Cole 12 years ago when I was pregnant with my 3rd child. I was told if there were any complications with my pregnancy, Dr Cole was the doctor I want by my side. Even though I have moved an hour away 4 years ago I still make the drive to his office. Ive had a few medical concerns in the last 5 years and he was very informative and reassuring when I needed it. I know Im in the best hands with him. I highly recommend him.

I dont understand the high ratings. My first visit, I heard all about a patients medical issues while the two receptionist had her on speaker phone.. Second visit I waited over an hour to have my ultrasound done for mirena. Just called the office , to see what the hold up on the mirena, and the gal couldnt help me, said I had to call back when the other receptionist returns. Im done! going to planned parenthood for my iud

In the beginning of my pregnancy, Dr Cole was very quick but he always answered any questions I have. He may not be so emotional but hes a really great doctor. When I got further along he got more friendly. If you want a Dr that knows what hes doing and does everything well, go with Dr Cole. If you want a Dr you can gossip to and talk to like youre best friends then Coles not for you.

If this is your Doctor, you are in excellent hands! Dr. Cole has delivered 2 of my babies and I cant be more grateful. He was very honest and very straight forward with what I needed. At the same time, was extremely kind, supportive, and understanding for whatever it was I wanted. For as long as Dr. Cole is in practice, I will never go to another OB again. Thank you!!!

Has no bedside manners. He couldnt answer my questions and concerns and I felt like he really didnt care about my concerns. I also had to do all the leg work and find my lab work myself. I changed doctors.
