My experience was positive from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. Patty the receptionist was very nice and helpful in answering insurance and reimbursement questions. At my appointment my eyes didnt have to be dilated unnecessarily, and Dr. Larragoiti was extremely pleasant and kept me constantly informed about what she saw and how my eyes were doing. She also answered many questions that I had without hesitation. Overall, the quality of care was excellent, the convenience of the office visit was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and they take many types of insurances. If you want a painless visit to the eye doctor, Forever Eyes is the perfect place to go!

Appts. were running over 90 mins. behind schedule and was not informed until I asked about delay while waiting in office. Office was very nice but if I had waited and been seen, total time would have been 3 hrs. which was not possible. A phone call prior to my appt. time saying appts. were behind schedule would have been great.

Have been going to Forever Eyes Optometry for 13 years now and I would not change. Dr. Larragoiti is the best. Her staff is professional and courteous. Whether going in to just get my glasses adjusted or an eye examination I know my eyes are at the right place where all their needs are taken care of.
