We have had nothing but bad service with this new optometrist. My mother went to get her glasses and she kept going back 3 separate times and each time was told she had to wear the glasses for a week to get used to them. Well, they never check and her prescription was WRONG. They re did the glasses and used the same WRONG prescription. Finally, they made the correct glasses after I went and complained! Now , my mother has asked for the correct prescription and they first gave her the WRONG one again, then they gave her the receipt for her glasses, then they gave her a blank piece of paper in an envelope. Seems that nothings is done unless I go because my mother is illiterate and they, the office secretary, does with clients what she pleases if they cant defend themselves. She also paid to get them darkened and the secretary had the gull to stand in the sun and say look, if you put them up to the sum they do get dark....is she too walk facing the sky all day????? I just asked for the prescription to be faxed to me and was told that only the Office Manager can do that???? This doctor will be loosing many patients if this is the way his staff conducts business without his knowledge.

Came to this optometrist while looking to get glasses for my girlfriend. The staff is courteous and professional, and helpful. The Dr. here is very thorough in his exam and takes the time to explain results and options. Glad to have found a great eye doctor in the area.
