Blean, front desk, really makes this place. If it wasnt for her with willingness to explain processes, patience in active listening and just empathy, this place would be a soulless pretty new hospital. The first free consultation promotion really helped bring our urgency visit down, as well as being open on Sundays. Free parking lot.

Great people who really care about your pets. Everyone is always friendly and informative. One of our dogs is a senior pup with many issues and the staff at Banfield, especially Dr. May, have been great about helping us manage his various illnesses. They always call after each visit to check in on our dogs. Highly recommended.

Its concerning when I cant tell whether theyre trying to sell me something for profit, or for the wellness of my dog. Feels more like a car dealership than a vets office at times.

The place is clean & they even have treats of all sizes for your pet. Dr. White is especially compassionate and caring. She is also very smart. The staff is very helpful.
