I had Kaiser for 24 years and when I started my new job last fall I had to leave and chose a new doctor. I was very scared and I didnt know any doctors in the area, so I picked my doctor based on his name. I know it sounds silly, but I liked the name Michael so I chose Dr. De Lange. Dr. De Lange is very honest and hes very caring. I thought my doctors at Kaiser cared about me, but I dont feel that way anymore. Dr. De Lange is very accommodating and he always has answers to my questions. He also provides me with straight forward answers. I am very satisfied with Dr. De Langes services. I would highly recommend him!

I arrived at 3h25 for an appointment at 3h30, came to the front desk at 4h15 to ask what was going on. I have been told that they were having delay due to emergency and walk in, no apology for the delay! I asked when I would be seen and been told I would be the next one. It was a lie, the next one was another so I left. What the point of taking an appointment if it is to spend time waiting and been lied to. If you have time to waist this is the doctor to select !
