The staff in general are very unprofessional i took my pit and German shepard in today for there shots only to be told to wait outside with them and that was the first red flag but I ignored it and patiently waited outside. after 30 mins the receptionist tried to make me wait in the corner due to her being afraid of a dog. I denied waiting and decided to leave since I felt they were discriminating against my dogs while all the other dogs were waiting with there owner inside. As we were about to leave the tech was coming out with another client and thats when we told him how unprofessional they were and he acted like if there was nothing wrong which got me very upset and lose my temper against him. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with discrimination.

Even though I am happy because my dog is better, I will never go back there. The vet gave my dog a shot and some medication. However, the doctor was really unresponsive, and to some extent rude, to my questions as I was preoccupied and wanting to know what happened to my dog so it can prevent it in the future. He said and I quote: "You dont need to worry about what shot I am going to give to your dog" (as I knew my dog had some allergic reactions in the past) They couldnt provide me with any record for my dog. They could only faxed to another clinic in the event we decided to change of clinic. And, Ill definitely do that.

My dogs have been patients here for about 5 years now. Prices seem OK. I began taking my dogs here regularly because my Sheppard mix gets picky with vets, and he seemed to behave well with Dr. Ben and his assistants. Unfortunately, Dr. Ben retired and my dog was not happy to see the new doctor LOL. Dr. Ben saved him from parvo a few years ago at a very reasonable price, and didnt need to stay overnight at all. The only thing I can never figure out are the business hours. They are constantly changing or have random business hours. I usually call before I go just to make sure.

If youre looking for a veterinarian for your big dog dont bother coming here. It was 95 degrees outside and they made me wait outside because my dog was a PITBULL! I tried to understand why they would feel intimidated but then they told me I had to wait in the corner! All because the Veterinarians staff was discriminating against PITBULLS! My pitbull is the sweetest dude around and just because of his breed he has to wait in the corner in the blistering sun?!?! PITBULLS are not monsters!

To all haters out there this place is the best! If you do your research you will find out this place not only takes care or your dog or cat but are a low income provider and works with the public. I call other place and buy the time I was done the bill would have come out to anywhere from $300 to $500. I only will paid $181. Right now I only paid $81 and will pay the rest next week. That true compassion! :)

This dog & cat hospital is too expensive. Service is OK the vet refuses to answer any questions over the phone. However I was charged $10.00 dollars for a visit.. However shots & medications are very expensive all I know right now I paid out $110.00 out of pocket.

Great place been a client for 3 years and my dog is happy and healthy i have a shih tzu and loves this vet.... Only down side that its only open a few hours a day and sometimes its hard to take my dog in

THE place to go to if you have a cat or dog. The doctor is fantastic! Had to take my cat for a serious injury in his head/face and boy was I happy about the price and results!
