This establishment is completely unprofessional in the way they handle their customers. I went in to get an eye exam based on a flyer I received for a $40 eye exam. I went in and filled out the paperwork and on this paperwork they asked if I was interested in contact lenses, I circle yes. The girl behind the desk then escorts me to the actual optometrist next door. He completes the eye exam and once completed, he asked if I had any questions. Being that this is my first time ordering and wearing contact lenses of course I had questions about them. He then says "well if you want contact lenses its an extra $20 for the lense fitting". OK, fine. I figured he overlooked the fact that I had initially requested contact lenses on the paperwork I filled out and he had in front of him during the entire time of my exam. After I pay the additional $20 for the contact lense fitting on top of paying $40 for the eye exam, he then escorts me back to the main office. Then and only then I am told that I must pick out a pair of glass which begin at $50 on up. As well as having to pay $70 for the contact lenses. I advised them I was not notified the precsription glasses and contact lenses were not included. I fully understand I would have had to pay a little more than the advertised $40.. but walking out the door paying $180 was completely unexpected. I expressed to them I filled out the paperwork when I first walked in and it say clearly that I was interested in contact lenses. At that point I should have been notified exactly how much money I would be spending. Instead, I was told "the paperwork is for the doctor". How could that be when the doctor was under the impression I was only in for an eye exam and glasses? Bottom line. These people wheel you in with the fake advertisement of "$40 eye exams".... Should be "$200 eye exams".....

0 stars. Aurora is the most rude representative I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I had a $10 copay and I was charged $310. Called my vision carrier and was told I should have only paid my copay. Called Aurora and she refused to fix my glasses because insurance did not pay. The insurance never received the claim until this week, 4 months after I got the glasses. Insurance should not have mattered as I paid out of pocket. This place is crooked. Ive asked to speak with a manager and Aurora keeps saying there is not one. LIAR!

Really bad service and the fact they dont treat the customer with respect. will never come to these type of company ever again. i advice people not come and waste your money.i would go to a professional place not these type of places.i thought it be very pleasant to come to this store but i guess it was the opposite and regret coming here.Did i mention no respect to the client at all!!

I dont really know why this place has negative reviews. My brother went in here since someone mentioned the place & he needed replacement glasses fast. They were super fast & nice. Affordable compared to other places. He actually broke those glasses accidentally at work & they replaced them at no cost as a courtesy! Recommended my sister to go here as well.

The eye examiner was really conforming and competent. He treats you like as if you were his grandchild. The frame inventory isnt every extensive. Its a huge step down from my private Kaiser Permanente Optometry center, so thats probably why I didnt give this place a high review.

Love these place easy & fast services since I never have time in my hands. Got an 1 hr service and good deals since I dont have insurance very resonable prices!! Very happy with my glasses and I constantly come for contact refills every yr!!!

I went for glasses spent $605.00 they changed me $1,210 this was last week now they are dragging their feet I just want my money back DONT GO HERE they will rip you off like they did me
