We absolutely love this vet hospital! We brought our dog in for an exam and before he even spoke to US (the people), Dr. Jeffrey got down on the floor to "meet" our dog (the patient) and get to know him before the examination. I dont think Ive ever seen a vet do that before - it was impressive! We ended up coming back a few weeks later after our dog was bit by another dog, just to check on the work that was done by the emergency vet. Dr. Jeffrey answered all our questions and gave us excellent advice to help in the healing process. Everyone from the front desk at intake to the check-out was 5-star. I cant name everyone by name, but every single staff member made a HUGE impression. I cant thank them enough for the treatment that we (humans and pups) received and would/will recommend them to anyone in need of a quality vet in the east valley area.

Village Park Animal Hospital is the best veterinary care we have ever found anywhere that weve lived. They are very caring. They always find time for us when we have an emergency. Kathy Carlson goes out of her way to help our old timer Hank who has seizures & issues walking. Since she started him on his seizure meds, he hasnt had one!! When our Jazzy was a puppy she got sick, & we thought it might be parvo. Kathy stayed way past closing time without any help, the staff had gone home, so I got to help. It was not parvo, but she was re-hydrated. She REALLY cares. You cant ask for more than that, she goes above & beyond & the staff is the same way!

While saying it was a great experience when you have to put your dog down seems contradictory but the team there actually made it as good as it could be under the circumstances. Dr. Jeffrey and his assistant were considerate of our situation, didnt sugar coat the reality to gain more fees and were truly gentle and kind to both our dog Mandy and my wife and me. We had used the clinic before but as snowbirds didnt have a lot of cause to use it. Our little Schnauzer was very healthy until the end! So as infrequent clients we received outstanding care and service! Would certainly recommend this Animal Hospital.

Village Park animal hospital is great. The minute you walk in you feel welcome. My dog Harper went to Aqua Paws for physical therapy on his leg after a car accident. The staff were wonderful and treated Harper like he was their own. My dog loved it and he loved the staff. The vets take time with you and your dog so you never feel rushed, I like that the most. And even though I live out of town I will continue to use this vet office for all of Harpers care.

I brought my 16 year old cat in a couple of years ago when she suddenly became lethargic. The veterinarians here really care about animals, and after looking over her, they treated her successfully and advised me on how I can get her appetite back up while she was convalescent. She unfortunately had to be euthanized a year later due to a serious health issue she had, but thanks to Village Park Animal Hospital, I got to spend an extra year with my cat.

We spend part of each year in La Quinta, and the Village Park Animal Hospital takes excellent care of our labradoodle, Willie, whenever we are here. Willie has seen Dr. Carlson, Dr. Bradshaw and Dr. Jeffrey. They are all excellent veterinarians and all of their support staff members at the hospital are warm and caring to all of us. The new facilities are beautiful, the hours are user friendly and we are extremely happy to have them near us.

I was in town on vacation when my dogs chronic ear problem became an acute infection and the staff at Village Park truly saved the day. They were able to see my girl within the hour of my call and complete the procedure she needed the next day. Dr. Wallace was wonderful at explaining everything in detail and the entire staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this office without hesitation!

We moved to The Cove last year from out of the area. The first thing we needed to do was establish a vet. We picked Village Park because it was close. We took our dog for shots and his annual checkup and were very pleased with the experience. Dr. Wallace is a very knowledgeable vet, and the rest of the staff is great. Even the prices were reasonable. We will continue to go there and recommend them to others.

First experience was positive. They charged us more than twice as much to alter our male puppy than we would have paid at Animal Samaritans, and told us that it was warranted because they monitor the vitals more closely than other hospitals. Both the front desk staff and the doctor treated us less well once we inquired about their rates for sterilization. We would not return there for any reason.

The office staff are always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are spotless and roomy. Dr. Bradshaw is simply the best veterinarian Ive ever met. She gets down on the floor to interact with my Labradoodle during her exam. She doesnt try to "upsell" unnecessary tests or procedures. I really respect her knowledge, her attitude, and her integrity.

I have a dog that came to me (he was 1 1/2 years old) with severe allergies. He was constantly scratching and was covered with scabs on his underside. Dr. Carlson worked with me to get this dog to have a wonderful full life. He is now 10 and doing great. I am so pleased to have this dog enjoy a good life. Thanks Village Park

Honestly, this was the most impressive experience I can imagine. Extremely kind, accommodating and excellent customer service! The vet doc cared for my puppy in a very personal way and the nurses and support staff all took the time to extend themselves to ensure the experience was smooth. Awesome awesome !

Drs Bradshaw and Carlson are the best. Been going there since 2001. My mini poodle Charlie loves dr Bradshaw when she sits on the floor and pampers him during his exam. I have total trust in them since I love my dogs as family. It is expensive, but all medical care keeps increasing.

I have been with Dr Carlson for 10 years now. I love the new facility and she has a wonderful and caring staff. They always take time to answer questions and give you the support that you need. It is nice to have a Dr that airs on the homeopathic side of animal care
