Never made a review about a place before but definitely had to do one about this one. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience I had to go through, and I truly dont want anyone to ever go through what I had to with my dog. unfortunately my story of why I hate this place so much was too long and I couldnt share it. But please be careful, they honestly dont care about pets, all they care about is money. The easy way out from situations for them is recommending to euthanize. Which is absolutely disgusting, I blame them for my dog getting kidney disease because they said he had a "nasty bacteria" all over his body that could affect other organs including his kidneys if it wasnt treated right away. And they didnt know how to treat it, they didnt give him the adequate medication. Instead they kept guessing and saying "were gonna try this" were gonna try that" as a vet you should know right away the proper medication to give a sick dog. Youll know the correct treatment right away, but they seemed to not know anything. Not only are the so called "vets" horrible but so is the staff. Never greeted me, and they would make me wait for the longest while they would chit chat. If you are looking for a good veterinarian I highly recommend Centennial Hills Animal Hospital, absolutely the best. They really know what they are doing and truly show they care about helping animals. Also not expensive at all, creature comforts has horrible vets, staff, and their prices are way too high for the service they give. Definitely never again will I take my pets to this place even if it was the only one in this planet. Horrible, horrible place where they claim to "care for pets" because honestly they just care about the money.

This business has lost me as a customer. I went to several different veterinarians to find a place for my dog to be boarded and decided to leave her at there because I was told that she would be able to stay in the downstairs kennel area where all the "quiet dogs" are kept. My dog is scared of other dogs and gets very nervous especially in a different environment away from home and when they assured me she would be kept away from loud barking dogs. I was relieved I had found a place for her where I wouldnt have to worry. When we went to pick her up I asked to go back to see her and the staff did not want me going back to the kennels to see her. I think it was really strange that they were acting like they didnt want me to see her. Well I was shocked to see that the kennels were dirty( no wonder they give free bath for boarded dogs), several dogs were barking non stop and my poor dog was scared with his tail between his legs. I was basically just flat out lied to by the staff there and to top it all off I was charged $3.75 for each time they gave her her medicine (one pill? how do they justify that?) which I was not told about when I dropped her off. Beware of great acting( they act very nice before you leave your pet then when you dont agree with their charges they are VERY RUDE ) deception, high prices, and basically getting scammed!!

One of my baby ball pythons got ill quite suddenly and needed veterinary attention. Initially, I was referred to a different veterinarian for his care, but they were unable to fit me in and I found Creature Comforts. They squeezed me in that day, as I was concerned he would not live until the following day. The staff was all very friendly, I was seen right away by the vet... she gave me several options for his treatment, but we both knew that he probably would not make it because we were looking at sepsis and possible organ failure (probably a genetic defect, he was only a couple months old). We gave him IM antibiotics, and although he did not live to make it home, I know there was nothing we could have done better for him. Regardless of the fact that he did not survive, I respect the vet for doing what she could for him. The staff was kind to me and when they learned of his passing, they all signed a sympathy card and mailed it to me right away, which I thought was very thoughtful of the staff. Its nice to know theres an exotic animal vet nearby and that they understand that the non "cute & cuddly" pets mean just as much to their owners as any other type of animal. In summation: great, friendly staff. Knowledgeable veterinarian (cant remember her name though!). Will definitely use them for any of my exotic pets needs.

We recently took our 6 year old Boxer to have a wellness check and have his teeth cleaned. His teeth needed to be cleaned because his breath had become intolerable. I must have called Creature Comforts to ask questions at least 4 times before I decided to finally make an appointment. Every time I called I was treated with kindness and patience. They answered all my questions (same questions each time) and never made me feel as though I was a nuisance. I had researched several other Vets teeth cleaning packages and Creature Comforts staff was by far the most knowlegeable and caring. We were invited to come in and fill out the paperwork prior to bringing our dog in to get a feel for the facility. I fell in love with the people and we decided to sign up for their Wellness program. We received a phone call from the Vet (not the receptionist), while he was still under, explaining what she found; gum disease requiring 10 extractions. She shared what she suggested and the associated costs. We agreed to the work and we picked up our dog a few hours later. We received everything we needed to care for him after the operation along with detailed instructions. Everything from start to finish with this clinic was professional, caring and above par. I absolutely recommend Dr. Anderson, Creature Comforts and the staff.

I have 2 Yorkies "Basil" and "Chloe" that are 10 years old now and they have had their share of challenges as in, teeth removal, legs reconstructed, etc. Literally, I have been to countless Veterinarians throughout the Country. I just moved here to Las Vegas from NYC and was very fortunate in finding "Creature Comforts Animal Hospital" The perfect vet at the perfect time!! Unfortunately, not all have the combined qualities that "Creature Comforts Animal Hospital" can offer and provide to you. Such as, always putting aside their critical time to help you understand and give you the knowledge that you will need to take care of your loved one once they are in your care. They will literally draw you a picture in "laymens terms" of every detail that is involved with your pets diagnosis. "Creature Comforts" knows that every diagnosis of your pet can possibly be a frightening situation for you and your pet. That is why I go to the professionals that I can depend upon to give me excellent advise, timely and precise follow ups and be there when you and your loved ones need them the most. Their pricing is comparable and even lower than most. Please, try them first!! I promise, you will NEVER change your Vet again!! Gina Brogna Las Vegas, NV 89149
