I went to this clinic after seeing their commercial on TV regarding their ethics and care. If I could give this less than 1 star, I would ... the Dr. performed procedures that were not asked for... which appeared nice and accommodating... but when I went to pay the bill... those additional services were actually charged... though not authorized. Additionally, rather than providing a prescription for medications that I subsequently found out could be purchased at several other locations for 1/6 of the cost... the medications were filled Country Club Animal Clinic... without the Dr. or staff offering to share with me that I had the option of filling the prescription there... or elsewhere... should I choose to. Every business is a profit center... however, it seems encumbant upon people in this type of industry to offer full disclosure to clients that would reflect that they are concerned with their clients best interest. Also, veterinarians are the only doctors who can profit on the sale of medications. Medical doctors cannot do this. Some profit seems reasonable for the convenience of having them filled on location... but for 6X the cost, most consumers in this economy would opt for the savings... ... the presumption that any one person would be in a position to walk out with a $600 bill... after being quoted $300... is outrageous. ... they were not open to discussion about the matter ... but were in fact, rude and displayed zero empathy with regard to these valid concerns.

Absolutely first class from the two wonderful vets to the very helpful ladies at that front desk. There has never been a request they havent been able to help with from borrowing a pet carrier when I didnt have one to always answering my many calls and giving me help and advise in a timely manner (I never have to wait for more then an hour to get a call back). One of my baby (I use the term lightly hes an old grumper-puss) cats Johnny is suffering from CRF, which requires a lot of medical attention and help. Over the past 3 month everyone at Country Club animal clinic has done more then they have needed to not only to help me but more importantly to help my Kittie. I knew when Dr. Roberts told me that "They treat the cat, not the test results" that we were in good hands. They could have told me to pump him full of drugs and spend thousands of dollars, but instead worked with me and my budget to come up with the best plan to get my buddy back on the right track. I trust everyone at the clinic with two of the most important "people" in my family and I would recommend Country Club to anyone.

When I was told my cat Leo had become diabetic I was in shock! How was I going to manage him! However, Dr. Roberts assured me that my husband and I would be able to give Insulin despite Leo being a VERY difficult cat to handle. She was right! My husband waits until Leo has a mouth food of food and then very quickly gives the injection.. Also I LOVE the website!! It is very user friendly and it is wonderful to be able to look at Leos records and even request a refill on medicaiton or make a appointment. You can even post your pets picture on the site which of course I have done. The staff is also wonderful!!

I am a delighted client. the care is outstanding, caring and very satisfying. My lab/shepherd mix, Zip really reacts like an old friend when we arrive. All proceedures have been explained to my satisfaction, the availability of meds there is an added convience benefit. I would recomment Country Club to anyone who wants top quality care for their pet. Dr. S.P.B.

Have been seeing Dr. Roberts and her staff for almost 20 years. Excellent veterinary service, and Dr. Roberts and all of her staff are very knowledgeable and caring.
