This is the worst dental office imaginable, from the front desk staff to the dentist to the Director of Dental Operations. After waiting for over an hour in a dirty waiting area with Jerry Springer playing on the television, I was finally taken into the dental room. The dentist then came in, looked at my chart, and said "oh, this will take too long, I cant see you today. Youll have to reschedule." I had pre-paid and have waited 5 months for my refund, which I was told would come in 10 business days. I have spoken with the front desk a dozen times asking to speak with the Director of Dental Operations (Heather) -- She has never called me back. Avoid this place at any cost! They should be embarrassed, but instead they have never apologized, only continued to act as if the whole situation is my fault.

Horrific Dental office. Completely unprofessional. The receptionists are irritated at you from the moment you arrive. Waiting time to see a dentist is always at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours long. Staff members are never the same twice. The dentists and hygienists try to get you to pay for unnecessary procedures. Inappropriate programs on TV for children to see. Obviously for receptionists to watch. Never take your children here!

They dont even deserve 1 star. If I could give 0, I would. This place is horrible. I have never been treated so badly in my life, but they dont care. They just hang up on you, snap at you, and dont let you speak at all. They dont care about your well being, only the money you can give them. Do not go. Do not give them your time or money. They dont care about you, so dont care about them.

First time in this office and will recommend. Came in with immense pain and was taken in right away . Great place staff and Dentist are excellent.
