This place was recommend by a friend. I went in for only a consultation and within seconds I was sent for X-rays and was told I would be getting my braces on that day. Let me tell you these people do not mess around. I was not expecting to be helped this much. I was very impressed. However, the ladies there arent as nice unfortunately. Every time I go in for a tightening there is always some attitude given. Even the first time I went for the consultation, I was sent for X-rays and to the dentist for a general check up and dang... These ladies are not nice. I cringe every time I have to go back in for a tightening and hope that I get someone nice because they will do what the dentist tells them to do and they wont tell you what is going on and why. Me, not knowing too much about the braces process, like to ask why certain things are happening so I am informed, afterall I am paying for this so I atleast would like to know. Its almost like pulling teeth when I ask questions because these ladies do no seem too thrilled that I ask or just seem in a bad mood. Ive only had one nice lady do my teeth tightening. I am very happy I chose this place because of how fast they accommodated the first time however the people working are not as welcoming as Id hope for.

Everything the other reviewers said is absolutely true. I went there and made the mistake of letting them do a few of the procedures they recommended on the first visit (for a cleaning visit only, and they said the same thing that others stated). I wont go thru the details but essentially I went through the same things they did. Im trying to spread the word to stay away from this office. Unfortunately, theyve got plenty of patients and they should be warned! I believe our $$ goes to pay for the entertainment (movies in every chair) and extras (pretty but useless digital photos of your teeth that you dont ask for). I had issues with them taking multiple x-rays because they couldnt get it right the first time. I requested that they use what they had - it shouldnt take 3 tries to get 1 x-ray right. I paid to get my documents and got a second opinion from another office. It confirmed what I thought. Although the dentists are nice (saw both Dr. Lees) they DO NOT seem to care about the level of their dental work. If they did well in dental school, it certainly doesnt show. Beware of the work they performed, get out, and get a second opinion.

I would strongly advise not to go this wretched, dishonest place. I will not criticize the doctors; because I think they are clueless what the staff is doing. This establishment is one that is not personable. Doctors come and go, but the same management is there to make sure they double/triple charge you, and will not follow the contract by your insurance company. I always thought I had bad insurance because how much I had to pay out. I realize later going to a different dental office that I actually have good insurance. I lost a lot of money because of Dental Groups greed! Management there is about greed and very unprofessional! Reported them to the Dental Board because their lack of concern regarding a health issue they didnt address right away. The staff always seemed confused - Management is terribly confused and unprofessional. You better know your insurance, or you will be a victim of greed if you are going to: Dental Group of Arcadia!

I spoke to West Coast Dental Corporate over the phone and my experience wasnt so good but Dorrie Sandoval from the Arcadia office completely changed that around. Dorrie is most knowledgeable and helpful whenever I come in. Im amazed how consistently shell go out of here way to make sure my needs are being meet. Overall, this office genuinely cares about their patients everyone is really nice, professional and the locations is clean. I will continue to be loyal and receive dental services at this office because I respect and value individuals who know that a little kindness goes a long way. --THANKS!!

Beware of Dental Group of Arcadia! I came here once in great pain needing a broken Wisdom tooth extracted right away! Instead they decided to do a complete set of Xrays and exam, and tried to sell me $4000 of dental work. When I told them I didnt want what they said I needed, they tried to sell me an alternative for about half that price. All I wanted was the extraction, and they scheduled it for a week later! Ive never been back there after the tooth extraction. I might also add, Ive been to three other dentists since and none of them said I needed any of that work Dental group of Arcadia wanted to do!

Been going here for years. These guys are amazing - best dentist I have experienced to date. I dont know anyone who likes to got o the dentist - and they make the experience top notch. So professional, efficient. No company has to provide customer service - in this day and age it seems to be a rare quality. And all of the staff and dentists provide great customer service. From explaining wait times, and costs, and what is happening with my teeth. Very educational , and creates a real sense of trust. I am left with their real commitment to not only my teeth, but my well being and peace of mind.

Everything that others say about this office is true. Theyre expensive, a bit snobby, make you get unnecessary work done, etc. What really made me upset is that the Dr. refused to sign a form for me to get reimbursed for my Flex Spending Account. I really wished I would have read their reviews first before going to this office. :( I hope this prevents someone else on going.

I hate that dentist because I was in the room with the Dr. and she said do you know how to floss and I said yes and I showed her and she said you dont let me teach you and she did it hard and she was mad never never never never never never never never never never never never never never never go there it is awful the prices are horrible

I visited this office in June 2006. They recommended that I get $2000 in dental work, said I had several cavities. Went to a family friend dentist to confirm this was true, and was found to have NO cavities and NO work needed to be done. This dentist was recommended to me by 1-800-DENTIST! Dont go there!

They charged me for a procedure I never received and charged me for 4 retainers when I was only going to need the one, but heres the kicker...... I never received any of the retainers I was charged for! These people are crooks through and through. Dont go here unless you like to pay a lot for nothing!

Was on vacation from Florida and cracked a tooth. Made an emergency appointment and Dr. Lui took care of it! She was super nice and friendly. She seems very experienced and got my tooth fixed in 20 minutes. Tooth feels great, just like new! Staff is very friendly and office is state of the art.

After a very bad experience elsewhere, the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and informed. They explained every step and are working with me to correct whats wrong and help me smile again! I had an 8 am appointment, there was no wait and I saw my dentist right away.
