Recently I had to bring my dog in for a small emergency and had a wonderful experience with Adobe. I previously lived on the Peninsula so had always visited Los Altos with the best experience so was happy to have the same kind treatment down in the South Bay. I was immediately greeted and then a tech made sure my dog was OK while we were waiting for the scheduled appointments to be seen before us. We were brought back to a room within 15-20 minutes and then seen by Dr Blackwolf about 20 minutes after that. She is a wonderful Vet and was very kind and gentle with my dog, very knowledgeable and thorough with reviewing her history as well as examining her. Exactly a year ago I had to bring my cat in who I found deceased under my bathroom sink so he could be cremated and the staff was again sensitive, attentive and the vet that I spoke with even sent a donation on behalf of my cats name to UC Daviss Veterinary School. I know this b/c they sent me a bereavement card and said a donation was sent on his behalf. Ive never had this happen before after enduring so much heartache, I was pleasantly surprised. All 3 of my animals area treated here and I am always certain they will be handled with care and doted on.

EDIT: We lost one of our dogs to cancer. The doctor at Adobe was incredibly kind and helpful during the process of putting her to sleep. Adobe delivered exceptional care and service at a very difficult time. As long as were in range of an Adobe facility well never go anywhere else. --------------- We took our dogs to their Mountain View facility when we lived in Mountain View, and every doctor there was consistently excellent. Great service, great care. They cost a little more for an appointment but never did anything unnecessary, and often talked us out of doing too much. Then we moved to San Jose. We tried other vets but in the end we kept driving up the freeway to take them back to Adobe. Other vets werent as polished, professional or ethical, and we knew Adobe was focused more on taking care of our pets than taking care of their own wallets. The south bay branch is a dream come true. No more long drives, with the same excellent doctors and service. We wont go anywhere else.

Our Guinea Pig Pepper needed surgery to remove 2 cysts from her ovaries. I had met Dr. Nakamura when we first adopted our 2 girls. I was very impressed by his thoroughness during the examination and how much he cares about the little ones. Now these months later we found that he was at the los Gatos hospital. So, we moved our pigs to Los Gatos. Today he operated on Pepper. Before surgery he was concerned about her heart, so that was examined thoroughly with a consult with Dr Koga. Once again his obvious love of the little ones and his expertise impressed both my husband and myself. He answered all of our questions fully. One hour after surgery our little girls is eating and moving around and getting back to what she does naturally. We cannot thank the Adobe Animal Hospital enough for the care and serious approach to our concerns and to our little girl. Thank you to the staff and especially to Patricia, Nicole, and Dr Nakamura.

Adobe is the best Vet around when it comes to nervous mommy and kitty. We never feel rushed and always feel cared for by both staff and doctors. We are also able to purchase Bellas special food there too :-) Thank you to the entire staff for being such a blessing to those who walk through your doors!

The staff and doctors are incredible here. They are great about seeing you the same day and they are very clean and organized. I also like that they have the option of vet tech appointments for less serious concerns.

Great vet clinic, very clean and professional. Pet supplies store is attached to the clinic and carries high-quality products. And most importantly, Dr. Nakamura is a wonderful bunny vet!
