Dr. Andrea Moore has been taking care of my puppy, Lily, since Lily arrived. Dr. Moore is pleasant, professional, competent, complete and too wonderful for words. She takes time to talk with me about my concerns. Lily was recovering from surgery and having some side effects. Dr. Moore made herself available to talk on the phone, even on her days off. Dr. Williams was so pleasant and was kind enough to check Lily and prescribe medication for her at 5:30 pm on a Friday as we were getting ready to leave town. The doctors are so caring and thorough. The people at the front desk and the rest of the staff are just too nice and pleasant for words. Thanks ladies, Lily and I are really fortunate to have found you.

I have been a customer at El Gato Veterinary Hospital for eighteen years each of the doctors are the best professional people I have ever met. They have the same regards for my Cats as myself. the entire staff are all the same I would not consider letting anyone outside of El Gato near my Cats, I love each one of the 13 cats that I have taken to E/G for various reasons, over the 18 yrs. I have complete trust in each every one of the folks at E/G, if you love the Cat & or Dog in your house & they need medical attention go only to El Gato, You will never regret it

I had a 95 lb Siberian Huskey they took care of for almost 16 years. One day, he passed away in my herb garden. My spouse was out of town, and I am handicapped so I was really in a tight spot. I called El Gato and Katherine asked how far away I lived. She came right over and picked up the dog, saving his collar and tags which in the moment I had forgotten all about. She took care of all arrangements exactly as I requested. I felt she went above and beyond to help me in a really difficult and emotional situation.

We found a new vet! Our cat snagged his hind claw and severely damaged himself in the process. We were new to the area and gave this place a try, mostly because they could get us in quickly. Well, turns out the little guy needed surgery, which they did right away. I was dreading the final bill, but it didnt end up being much at all. 4-star service plus 1 star for being very affordably priced. The only problem we had is that he managed to shake his bandages off 12 hours later and we had to re-apply new ones.

Ive been a care giver to 3 dogs for over 15 years. El Gato Vet Hospital staff—veterinarians and assistance, care deeply for their patients and their care givers. The keep up with the new medicines, practices, and environmental needs for our pets. They follow your animal as you would a human, keeping you up-to-date, throughout any procedures and always follow up. I highly recommend them as your pets veterinary hospital.

El Gato Vet and Dr. Bibb and all the staff are wonderful, kind and caring. We have been taking our dogs to El Gato Vet for over 10 years. They helped us say goodbye to our 8 year old Golden Retriever 7 years ago and their compassion was so genuine. Now for the past 7 years they have taken care of our Golden Retriever Ruby. As long as El Gato Vet and Dr. Bibb are here I will be taking my dogs to their loving care.

Dr Bibb is incredible. I bring all three of my dogs here. Every time we come we are treated so well and all of my questions are answered. Ive even sent my friends to Dr Bibb for care for their pets.
