We recently moved and did not have a local vet for our two dogs. Value Pet Clinic was recommended to us by the Humane Society and the closest location to us was the Shoreline location. We have two dachshunds; one began having seizures in March and then rapidly began to lose weight but didnt appear to be suffering at all. Then one day he quit eating and drinking water altogether and was clearly in pain. We made the difficult decision to end his pain and suffering and have him euthanized. We called the clinic and headed over. Our dog passed away in my lap on the way to the clinic. When we got there they had a room waiting for us so we didnt have to sit in the waiting room. The vet came in and checked for a heartbeat and confirmed he had passed. All VPC employees we encountered were so sincere, gentle with words, and seemed to truly care and understand and gave us time to say goodbye. Yesterday I received a sympathy card from the clinic with personally hand-written notes by all employees and our dogs paw print. Needless to say we have found our vet clinic. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your compassion is truly appreciated.

I have no idea how this place has good ratings. I brought my cat in after I found him traumatized in my closet from a roommate accidentally slamming his tail shut in a door and the end falling off. The horrid woman at the front desk made jokes about my cat losing his tail. Then the vet had to Google what type of procedure to give him to repair his tail. I left immediately and went to my old vet, Madison Street Animal Hospital even though it was really far. This place is awful and incompetent and I highly recommend going somewhere else where people know what theyre doing and dont joke about a wounded pet.

I have have tried many many places, and after a dozen or so visits, I walked away disappointed either because it was hard to get a needed appointed when my cat is sick without paying an emergency cost fee or I was not happy with the overall feeling of the clinic. I was so happy to find Value Pet Clinic. The front desk is very friendly and very customer service oriented and the technicians and doctors are very responsive and offer options for caring for my very old cats needs. The walk-in service makes it possible for my cat to get immediate service when my is sick.

Ive been taking my two dogs here for about 5 years. Ive generally had good experiences. Their dental cleaning as well as other services prices are much more reasonable than other vets. Both dogs had their cleaning. They get their annual check-ups and shots there. We had to put our Miniature Schnauzer, Pepper, down this summer. The staff was just great about the whole process; very empathetic and professional. The front desk staff, Ronnie and Alex, are very professional, friendly and know what they are doing.

front desk staff very friendly the vet on the other hand had a very poor bedside manner she was afraid to touch the dog if you are a veterinarian I do not know how you can be afraid of animals and do this job they pinned the dog down to clip his nails even with the muzzle on him and then they said it was one price then when we were about to leave the charge was much higher so if I could I would give them negative stars I would not recommend them nor would I bring another animal here

I literally cannot say enough good things about this office and the staff. I just picked up my Yorkie and they are now officially my favorite vet. I ended up crying in the office because of all the work that needed to be done and the surgeon was so nice and reassuring and help put me at ease. From the first visit to even the phone calls the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I am definitely going to recommend anyone to them!!

My dog had TTA surgery with Jeff Mayo. unprofessional, unethical doctor. Very greed. He even did not want to see patient after she started limping in 9 weeks after surgery, I had to take her to emergency room and to see another doctor.. Nothing good can say about clinic stuff. when i called them and said about the issue, they did not care.. never will use that clinic again and do not recommend to anybody. and stay away from Jeff Mayo... very bad vet practice.

First time, great experience, called first to understand what to anticipate. Routine female dog glands, in and out, very reasonable and customer friendly. I learned a little about their Western WA co. 6 locations started by 2 Doctors, finally an "immediate care clinic" for our beloved pets with an expertise in non critical budget friendly services. Prayers answered!

Our beloved cat Roxy was very ill and needed end of life care. The staff was wonderful and genuinely caring. Dr. Keegan Boyd took care of our cat and made sure that she was comfortable and not afraid. She passed comfortably with no more pain. Didnt get a good vibrant from the staff. Tried to offer multiple unnecessary tests, and didnt help me understand the best, most cost efficient treatment for my cat. Waiting time was >15 minutes.
