I work at a local grooming shop in dallas tx and was treated very poorly by NICOLE, who told me that the account I had been looking for was a closed account and that she was too busy to pull up the file. Basically she told me that it would be to much trouble for her to do her job and pull up a file, a basic vaccination file which takes a normal vet less than 2 minutes to pull up. I was shocked that someone in a customer service position would have the audacity to refuse to help a client because she "had other things to do." I asked to speak to a manger since she was refusing to help me and disregarding the basics of her job, at which point she went and got another associate. when I asked the associate if she was the manager she said "no, she didnt say you wanted a manager." needles to say I was livid and furious. finally I got a manager on the phone (Christine) after I explained my situation to her she was more than apologetic and very helpful. she was able to pull up the file I was looking for and gave me to correct information. needles to say Nicole doesnt know how to do her job and if you are looking to use this vet I recommend asking for someone other than NICOLE!!!! she will most likely not be able to help you. I have been in customer service for 10+ years now and have never been told something so dumb as "i cant help you the account is closed and I dont have time to look it up. I have other work I need to do." the point is... Im the client.... I asked for information..... look it up!!! NICOLE, PLEASE WORK ON BEING MORE ORGANIZED AND POLITE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, IN THE OFFICE AND OVER THE PHONE. IT IS IMPARATIVE TO THE ROLE OF RECEPTIONIST TO HAVE AN ORGANIZED SCHEDULE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO IGNORE CUSTOMERS.

My wife has been taking her love birds here for a while. It was only natural to take our dog here when we adopted him from the rescue. This place is top notch in service and care. All of the people who work at this office seem to genuinely like animals and care about their well being. All of the visits that we have had were satisfactory in every way. We get follow up phone calls for each visit as well, just so they can see if everything is ok. I have had Dr Ikeda and Dr Kanbe, but they are both very nice, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very caring. They are both highly recommended. I believe this is also one of very few vet offices who specialize in birds, so if you have birds that need vet attention, it might be worth your while to come here. We pass by several vet offices to come here as well because my wife simply refuses to take her love birds anywhere else.

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Muirlands Animal Hospital for over 20 years. Dr. Ikeda and his team are very warm and caring towards the pets and their owners. The doctors explain each procedure and answer any questions before proceeding. They are also willing to discuss other options. The staff follows up with phone calls the day after treatment to make sure the patient is doing well, and answers any further questions. The hospital also offers boarding and grooming. We highly recommend Muirlands Animal Hospital for your pets.

Have been seeing Dr. Ikeda and staff over 20 years and during this period have gotten to to know their abilities in a variety of areas. Without a doubt, the best care and service possible in a variety of areas. If he feels he cannot help he will personally direct and arrange for specialist that is needed.. Dr. Ikeda offers excellent diagnosises and helps to prevent tests that are not necessary. He has taken the initiave when necessary to catch conditions in time to get a better outcome with less pain for the pet. He even sent me to a specialist for my lizard rather than guess about a skin condition that she had (without charging). The office staff is great, and the office is very clean. I have been to other clinics and they are lacking in conparison. Pat

Dr. Ikeda is a wonderful and kind veterinarian. I would highly recommend to all that are looking for a great vet. He spends time with you so you understand all that is going on with your pet and their health. The staff really have a heart for all the loved animals and owners that come through their door. It is heartwarming to see.

OMG!!! Dr. Mike and his crew are like FAMILY, to me. They have been right with me and my pets for over 20 years. I cant say enough. Your pets and/or YOU will never be treated as well anywhere else. No One loves your pet more than you... EXCEPT Dr. Mike.
