Immediately after I placed myself in Karas care I noticed a definite difference. A scapula and neck injury (dating back to almost 7 years ago) that has given me chronic issues now feels as close to normal as I ever could imagine. The transient pain that felt lodged between my shoulder blades, extending down to the middle of my back and up into the base of my skull is gone! Kara has been giving me adjustments for little over a month and I am beyond impressed by how great I feel. In addition to the effectiveness of her techniques, she has a very soft, gentle touch that never feels invasive. I am a regular patient of Karas and look forward to continuing with our sessions. I recommend her without hesitation, ESPECIALLY if you were nervous about being adjusted like I was.
