Dr. Ma provided me new glasses with a minimal frame while I was in Orange, CA. Then we moved to Idaho, later went on vacation, and while on vacation the glue between the frame and one of the lenses came loose. Dr. Ma sent me a box to return the glasses, gave me a few contact lenses to hold me over, and sent me a temporary set of glasses to wear while the new frame was being fixed. Once the new frame was fixed, he mailed them to me and I return mailed the temporary glasses, all at no cost to me. Great out-of-state customer care! Sorry we lost him as our optometrist but hard to visit him regularly from Idaho. I hope we can find as dedicated an optometrist here near Coeur dAlene!
