Always great service, been going there for years. On Friday the arm of my glasses snapped right at the curve behind my ear. I was able to super glue it back on to wear them for the weekend. Walked in Monday morning, picked out new frames and Rick made my glasses for me while I waited (less than 10 minutes). Feels so amazing to have beautiful new glasses. Ive never once had a bad experience, not even today while I got the gals up front to learn how to charge Care Credit :)

After moving to Orange and trying to find a new optometrist, I researched and found Dr. Bass. The reviews seemed okay, I called the office to inquire and was informed that the doctor had been there for 26 years. To my surprise, I was examined by a young lady who has been at the office for three months; She checked my prior glasses and wasnt sure if they were regular or progressive. Paid for a worthless exam. VERY UNHAPPY with my visit to this office.

My family has been going here for at least 20 years and we are always treated wonderfully. They have great prices on frames, designer or not. The exams are thorough bust quick so you can go about your day. I recommend all my friends to go here.
