Dr. Julie Chen is amazing. I moved to Orange County from Sacramento just over a year ago. Ive had glasses since I was 7 and contacts since 7th grade. I had a great optometrist in Sac and was a little nervous about finding someone just as great, since I had gone to the same eye Dr. my whole life. Dr. Chen has been incredible! After meeting with her, I decided to embark on the journey of lasik surgery. She referred me to a great Dr. , who I found out preformed lasik on both my boyfriend and my boss! So obviously, he was a great choice:) its been just about a year since I decided to go through with the surgery, and I love it! There were a few times after the surgery where I was concerned (I had a piece of fuzz in my eye), and she took me in the same day. I would highly recommend her and her staff as they have made me feel so welcomed and cared for each and every time I call or walk into the office!

I couldnt possibly ask for a better vision care experience than I have received from Julie and her staff. Everyone is courteous, enthusiastic about their work and their patients, and they take the time to make sure you understand everything thats being presented to you. Julie is the first optometrist Ive had that actually seems like she WANTS to help you see as clearly as possible and will take extra time to make sure your prescription is just right. I found the office on my insurance providers website and was drawn in by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Thank you for giving me the confidence and reassurance in my ability to see clearly with the right guidance and products.

Dr. Chen is the best! Shes very experienced and most importantly she gives the best patient care! I have been visiting Dr. Chen for years, annual exams, glasses fit, contact fit, pre-op and post-op lasik exams! I trust her very much! She helps me a lot through out the years, gave me the best contact fits and consults for my lasik surgery! She is the optometrist you can rely on! All Dr Chens stuffs are really friendly and helpful too, youd be friends with them! Mike is so nice and he always helps me whenever I need it! Concourse Optometry team is the best!

Used this Optometrist due to its close location to my work (same business center). Who knew i would spend the most entertaining hour of my Friday with them. The staff is fabulously funny and knowledgeable, all my questions were answered without a hitch and they even cleaned my regular sun glasses. I felt for the first time that i knew exactly what they were testing and how good I was doing. Also there were no high pressure sales for expensive frames, or other shenanigans. Highly recommend them to anybody - great service, great staff, great visit!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Concourse Optometry and the entire staff. I feel like they are my best friends every time I go in. The Doctor is amazing and I cant say enough great things about them.
