We have seen both doctors and they are both wonderful. I can say its a VERY close tie but I personally prefer Dr. Bernstein... this may only be because weve had more appointments randomly fall on the days hes in the office. They both are always thorough and accommodating. Ive had Dr. Bernstein do my testing on more than one occasion when the front staff are busy helping other patients. He could easily have made me wait for someone else to perform the menial testing tasks. He stepped in by second nature out of care, concern and respect for MY time without even questioning if Id mind waiting. You will never encounter the holier than thou attitude some doctors have as everyone are treated as equals in this office! We have been going to them for about a decade now. We were lucky to once live close to the Corona office and discover them by chance. After moving to Buena Park we chose to still drive to see them in Corona rather than switch to someone closer (they ARE that awesome). It was then that we were told about the Yorba Linda office (then by Albertsons). They dont mind taking us and our child at the same time since we drive from near Knotts Berry Farm. They are great with kids and answer any crazy questions they have. Plus, they explain why and how they are doing what they are about to do. My 7 year old was even asked permission to use the dilating drops so there was a feeling of comfort in the decision rather than being pinned down and forced. We actually look forward to our visits to the doctor when this is our destination!

I am probably spoiled when I go to Bernstein & Benham, for I have been going so many years, it is almost like a yearly visit. I see Dr. Benham, She always dilates my eyes, and gives me a very through exam. They have a machine which blows that necessary puff of white powder, so it is not so bad. I have had it done manually, after cataract surgery, Believe me, the machine alone makes the trip worth while. Everyone in the office is very,very friendly, and makes you feel very welcome.I would suggest their service to any of my friends. "Try it, you will like it." Isnt that what they used to say?

Dr. Bernstein and Dr. Fidler are great (at the Yorba LInda location). I always find a great pair of frames from their selection. The office staff are very knowledgable and helpful in finding the right frames and lenses. They also do a great job cleaning and fixing. I would recommend without hesitation.

I have been going to Dr. Behnam and Dr Bernsteins office for over 10 years. They are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The office staff knows us by name and is very friendly. I even had LASIK surgery done 9 years ago and my eyes are going strong at pushing 40.

My daughter needed glasses right away, due to her old ones breaking. It didnt take very long at all and Dr. Bernstein was great with Caitlin. It was our first time there and we felt very well taken care of by Dr. Bernstein as well as his friendly staff.

No need to wait here! Many offices will often overbook patients, but Bernstein and Benham never make us wait. Friendly staff, and excellent doctor. Doctor Lisa is absolutely wonderful, always cheerful, and overall great to be with. 100% recommend.
