Staff is so rude.. I called and check on my son‘s glasses, she typed in my son’s info and told me there is no note in the computer, so i told her the staff helped me said it should be done on tue. And will be able to pick up on tue. She kept telling me there is no notes in the computer, i said ok, then can you check if the glasses is in the lab already? and what is the status on it.. She said i dont understand what you are asking?? back and forth the same conversation for few Minutes. Finally she put me on hold, then came back and asked me blue glasses? for a little boy? i said yes. She said the glasses is here! i said the lady earlier told me its not ready yet.... She replied I NEVER TOLD YOU ITS NOT HERE!!, WE NEED TIME TO GET IT BACK FROM LAB AND WE DONT HAVE TIME TO CALL EACH INDIVIDUAL YET!.. R u joking me, so after not seeing notes on computer arent you suppose go and check what you received from lab today, if you know you are busy and havent call any one yet, instead keep telling me no notes on the computer. i think her name is jen or jane... SO RUDE!!!

Came here to make Rx lenses for my frame. Without looking clearly at my Rx, they quoted me with the highest price for thin lenses when my Rx only require me to get their lowest price lenses. Then they said it would be two weeks before I can pickup my glasses while they put it through my insurance. Its now three weeks and I called back to inquire about my glasses after seeing my insurance had already approved the payment less the deductible, I still get the run around and no one can tell me the status of my glasses. Now I have to wait till the end of yet the 4th week for someone to call and tell me my insurance had paid and I just need to pay the remaining balance. I offered to pay now and they said I had to wait till end of week. I will never come back here again after I get this pair back from them.

Booked an appointment at early afternoon a day before. Receptionist confirms so on the next day, I went to the appointment only to discover that my appointment has not even been slotted in.... Wasted money & time. Received no apology or remedial solution either. Clearly I am never going there again.

Very slow service and some of the people give bad information. Sometimes I feel like they just trying to sell me things I don’t need. It took me 4 weeks to get new glasses pretty lame I say. After 8 years I need a new optometry.

Just awful. damaged glasses beyond repair and then refused to admit their wrong doing. They claim that any damage they do to your glasses is not their responsibility! Golden Rowland heights was so unprofessional.
