Do NOT come here for optometry services. There are many optometrist in the area that are much better. I came here because it is one of the few offices that are open on Sunday, so I though I would give it a try. If you want to come here because it is open on Sunday, do NOT!! Wait until they are open on Monday. 1) They will win you with their charm at first, and they truly are nice people, but the process is not smooth enough for that to matter. Other optometrist are just as nice or nicer in the area. 2) if you do not pay them up front, with cash, they will charge you more for their services. (I had to drive to my bank to go get cash, another inconvenience) 3) They over charge for contacts. I found my Acavue one a days for MUCH cheaper somewhere else. Just talking to them about getting them, I had a feeling I was getting ripped off, when I found out how much I could get them for, it was too late. 4) you will NOT get your money back from the insurance for many months (since you will paying in full for your services and materials, contacts, glasses, etc.) I had to call so many times and they make false promises of calling the insurance company and figuring it out. They WILL NOT. Dont let them fool you. They make it sound like the process will be easy or you, but if you leave it in their hands, nothing will get done. NOTE: This is not the first time that happened, my brother encountered the same problem and I thought that it was bad luck, so I have them the benefit of the doubt. I hope you do NOT make the same mistake. They are nice and if thats all you care about in customer service, go here, but if you want a smooth pleasant experience, go to another optometrist. Euclid Optometry is where I usually go and they are AWESOME! Go there. They are not open on Sundays, but of you can wait until Monday, its right down the street. I looked at reviews on this place before I came in, but there are so few I think they are from family and friends. BIASED!

During my very first visit to have an eye exam, she spent more than an hour explaining about the exam results and answering all of my questions. I wear glasses and contacts. Dr. Thuy asked me many questions to make sure that I find the most comfortable contacts for me. Ive never met a doctor who spends so much time with you, making sure that you know about everything you should know about as a patient. Most of the doctors I have known always seemed like they were in a hurry or trying to make money off of you. Dr. Thuy is one of my favorite doctors now! I can tell through my experience with her that she genuinely cares about her patients. Also, everyone that works there is very friendly. :)

My experience today was pleasantly delightful coming in to optometry I was greeded at the door. I was attended by Julie she was very helpful in answering all my question with accuracy and very knowledgable with all their products and services. I left with a big smile on my face. And definitely returning back again. Great experience and service.
