i drive from West LA to visit Dr. Natalie Hoshi -- usually takes me about 1-2 hours depending on the traffic. That alone should speak volumes about Dr. Hoshi, her practice, her expertise and the staff at Diamond Bar Optometric Center. Upon walking in the door, i am always immediately greeted by Angelina, Walter, Hailey and/or Claudia -- Diamond Bar Optometric Centers professional, friendly, helpful and very patient staff. Dr. Hoshi herself is very kind, thorough, patient and intelligent. Dr. Hoshi and the staff also use the latest technologies -- one of them being a machine that can take pictures of each eye so you can see the nerves, optic nerve, cornea and whatever else is going on with your eyes - so things can be detected and diagnosed earlier on! Dr. Hoshi always patiently listens to any concerns and answers every question i have regarding my eyes. Towards the end of each exam, Dr. Hoshi also puts together a makeshift pair of glasses that i can look through to get an idea of what my new glasses will do for my eyes. Better equipped with knowledge about my eyes, i am ready to shop for frames! Diamond Bar Optometric Centers Frame selection is amazing! I usually take about an hour or so to decide on a frame - there are SO many brands & styles to choose from! i always want to purchase 2-3 pairs, but my budget keeps me in check and i end up puchasing only one pair of glasses. The staff is extremely patient, kind and helpful during the choosing process. Dr. Hoshi and her staff are also very thoughtful and definitely go the extra mile to take care of patients. i am usually almost always at their office for a few hours, at times they even offer me goodies to eat! Thank you Dr. Natalie Hoshi and staff of Diamond Bar Optometric Center for truly wonderful, insightful and fun optometry visits!!!

Was able to get a last minute 9am saturday appointment for my husband, son and I this past weekend w/Dr.Hoshi. It was our first time getting seen there and we will definitely be back! We all got our eyes checked and out of there in about an hour! So quick! Dr. Hoshi was great, explained everything she was doing and my 3yo son was very comfortable with answering the questions she asked, following her little puppet fingers, and flipping through a book looking for Xs and Os. The frames selection was excellent! My husband ordered a pair of eyeglasses and will probably order some prada sunglasses as well. My kids not only loved the waiting area w/all the toys, but also trying on the glasses. We were in a rush, but I will definitely be going back to find a pair of glasses for me!

The staff was very friendly and made the visit enjoyable. The receptionist was cheerful and very helpful since this was my first visit to this office. The care provided by the optometrist was very professional and she explained every test she performed and what the corresponding results were/ I really enjoyed my visit to the eye center and will refer others to visit for their optometric needs.

Dr. Hoshi is a wonderful optometrist. Ive been going to her for the past 3 years and was pleased to find out she had recently moved nearby to Diamond Bar Optometric Center. She is great with my kids, making them feel at ease and is willing to explain all the procedures. I will definitely be coming back for subsequent eye exams.
