I was a patient as a child at this practice so the space was familiar to me. Coming back as an adult Dr. Liu was now the optometrist to see, but he still had my whole chart to view all my history. It was a great experience! There were new technologies used during my exam which I thought were really innovative and entertaining at the same time. I schedule appointments for myself and my husband and the staff is always polite and very helpful, especially when figuring out work insurance. Dr. Liu is also very helpful and kind. He is a big sports fan like my husband and me, so there is always lots to talk about. I would definitely recommend this office. Ive been coming here my whole life and although the main doctor has changed its still the familiar place Ive always known...except now you watch a football game during the exam and to me thats way cooler!

He is special to me because he knows what he is talking about and cares about his patients and their families. Ive been to a lot of optometrist offices over the years and Dr Lius office is my favorite. Everybody Ive dealt with in the office is professional, courteous and knows their stuff. Dr Liu is awesome. Hes personable, patient and always makes sure youre comfortable (no horrible surprise puff eye tests). He knows what hes talking about and wont steer you wrong. I had a great experience browsing their selection of glasses with their staff and they helped me pick out the perfect pair really fast. Contacts ordered and received quickly. And if youre a sports fanatic, youll love it here as there are lots of sports memorabilia, and he also has signings of famous athletes which my husband thinks is pretty cool. Definitely come here for your eye exams and eyewear!

This office was very professional in their practice. My family received all the help we needed with our vision needs. We got glasses and contacts professionally fitted in a very pleasant office. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They lay out all the options available to patients with the cost value. They conduct themselves professionally on evaluations and procedures. They use the most up to date equipment in vision analysis for the best quantification of your vision needs. By far the best doctor around. My family and I have been going to Dr Lius office for the past 5 years and nobody can beat the treatment nor the price that we receive. My husband is very OCD and very picky when it comes to glasses. Dr Liu and his staff went out of their way to make sure that they couls find some glasses that he would wear. The staff is very friendly and professional. On occasions, you will get to met some pretty big name athletes ans stars too. You never know who is going to stop by just to say hi or sign a few autographs. Dr Liu is the coolest doctor around.

Dr. Liu and his staff always make you feel welcome! From the time you walk in the door someone is there to greet you and make sure you are taken care of. You can really tell that he and his staff pride themselves on providing excellent customer service which is probably why they maintain such a steady flow of athletes and other celebrities coming in through their door. I really liked that Dr. Liu takes his time and makes sure that you dont feel rushed during your visit. I have always had great experiences and I can bet you will too!

Dr. Alex is one of the most compassionate caring doctors Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, as opposed to some doctors who treat you as a piece of meat and hustle you out of the office. He takes the time to sit with you and actually listen to what you have to say and works to resolve all of your issues. He evens explains in lay men terms exactly whats going on so I understand everything! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate him 100!

I have been a patient with Dr Liu for over 10 years. I have needed corrective lenses, since I was 16. Dr Liu fitted me with contacts that adjusted for my astigmatism and far sighted. He and his staff are always very friendly and attentive for my needs and wants. Check up and appointments are convenient for my schedule, they have stayed later, because I had gotten my appointment 20 minutes late. Thanks for the great service!

Dr. Liu is one of the few optometrists who will actually listen to you and give you his undivided attention when it comes to your vision. He is one of only two (TWO!) optometrists I will let near my eyes to examine them. He is very patient, kind, and above all, very professional with everyone.
