The doctor himself is very sweet and professional. His staff though, god help them. The receptionist is old and does not call you back even though she promises you she will 50x and over. She seems miserable and doesnt do her job. But I give her more credit than the assistant. She sucks. They received my glasses yesterday and I called since they said itd take 3 weeks. Which I was like wow ok. They got them in yesterday and I was going out to do other errands with my two boys and fiancé who got surgery done and was driving. I called twice asking if I can pick them up. I paid $130 for them. They were trying to make me pay full price even with my insurance taking money off. That was a hassle. Felt like a lose lose battle. So after the second phone call my fiancé drove there and walked in to tell the old lady receptionist to speed the process along since the assistant yet needed to check them in. It took her 1 minute to do so. She gave him the nastiest attitude ever. So I walked in to try them on. The nerve to be bitchy at me. Gave me the silent treatment. And barely said a word. They said "well, bye." They have the crustiest, most slow running workers there. I will never come back. My glasses are making me dizzy. Not worth the hell. Highly disappointed. Also heard other patients complaining about them as they left the building. Only good thing is the woman that works Wednesdays. Shes awesome.

As the other reviewer noted, the machine looks old. Like its from the 80s or 70s. The glasses I received were no good: they caused me to stumble when I walk and made me nauseated. I tried to take them back but they told me to return in two weeks. I returned in two weeks, and they still didnt take them back. Instead I had to make an appointment. Thats right, an appointment just to return the glasses---I dont want a re-examination, I just want to return the glasses and I had to make an appointment. I dont feel this is an honest operation. So now Im waiting for the appointment date and I will update this review as necessary.
