I scheduled my appointment more then 2 weeks in advance. When I walked in, I learned that it has been rescheduled. No one bothered to call me. People who recommended that office were right. Mary, the staff member is awful. I had never experienced such rude person at the front desk. Maybe doctor should fire her and get someone who does not push customers out of the door.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Matsuiama. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and listened to my needs. His staff was very helpful and addressed my questions with great knowledge. They were also instrumental at helping me choose a frame that fit my style. It was pleasant enviroment with very professional people. Great place!

Dr. Matsuyama provides comprehensive eye care, more than just working up a lens correction. He and his staff have always been professional and polite and understand my insurance better than I do. I have glasses and contacts and both give me great vision. I am very satisfied, have been for years, and you probably will be too.

Very nice office. I went in to have them check my sunglasses. Dr. Matsuyama is also a real member of the American Optometric Association. Other local doctors may say this on their web page, but you wont find them listed in the AOA directory : (

Nice office but horrible rude service! The receptionist was very rude and I was going to be a new patient, I missed one appointment and she was not understanding at all with her comments. Sorry but Im moving my business else where!!
