I went in to this location to do my annual exam and the consultation was fine. I was recommended to do the contacts rather than glasses. The Dr was kind enough to let me bring the contacts home and test them out. Unfortunately, they didnt work out. so when I returned to my appt a week later I was advised that my eyes would be dilated. I came prepared sunglasses and all, and when I told the Dr I just want to get the glasses and get prescription, Dr just send me out on my way. she didnt dilate my pupils didnt want to check them bc I would not buy frames from her location. This is the first time a Dr would not check my eyes or refuse service bc I would not purchase from them. Its rather unprofessional and not to mention the rude attitude her staff gave me. I have decided to not ever come back or recommended them to anyone.

First thing you should know is that Dr Leang is a general practitioner and not a specialist. She patiently listens to the problems and will answer your questions. The office staff is also OK. The only problem I had so far is I visited the doc 20 days back and ordered for glasses, I havent still heard form them yet. I called their office today, but they said they havent got any response from lab and will notify if they get any response from them. 20 days for getting your glasses is too much... I dont know whose fault it is, but gives me a bad impression on the doctors office.

Overall I did not have a positive experience with Eye World. The optometrist were fine but the office staff made a mistake that cost me to waste my time when I was told my glasses were ready for pick-up when In fact they were not. There was no resolution to their mistake other than having to make another trip when they were actually ready. Its time to look for a new optometrist. Sorry Eye World!

The Office staff are worst. They will be in their own world and they seldom listen to you. If you want to know any status about your order for glass or anything, you have to call them atleast 3 to 4 times, as each time some one picks up the phone, each one tells a different story. S***ers....
