This place was literally my last resort but I needed a lot of work and in house financing so I decided to go. I previously went to a different dentist in Porter Ranch and assumed that it was the best Id get with going to the Dentist. After getting 3 teeth extractions at this western dental that seemed waaay too easy AND two bridges, I feel so cheated and almost abused from the dentist in porter ranch when viewing in comparison. Dr. M who is a character to say the least, could have probably convinced me to get much more work than I needed but instead gave me the bottom line honesty on what I need now vs what can wait and if its worth it or not to go cheap on certain procedures. This is the first time Ive gone to a dentist and wasnt given the click and bait. all of the complaints Ive read on here are ridiculous. Anyone with common sense would know issues with your insurance are not the responsibility of the dentists office. Anyone would know coming in for your whole family is going to take a long time. Dental work is hard and time consuming and at no point during my time there have I felt cheated or treated with poor customer service. The staff are all friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable and actually pretty funny too. Reminded me of typical office banter I experience at my job and made me feel much more comfortable.

We went there on Saturday for my husband. No one else was there and we had to wait.(dont know why...) After a while they took him in, took x-ray. finally doctor came too. and couple of more assistants, then accountant (billing issues), then another new girl who was learning what and how... Overall 6 people were doing something and all it was: reviewed x-ray films, put the broken crown back (glued) and charged my husband $178 out of pocket because they couldnt get in touch with insurance... They werent even sure about the price. The girl had to confirm on the system and with doctor the price of the service. They promised that on Monday they will contact the insurance about the service, get back to us and manage the reimbursement. Tomorrow is the following Saturday, didnt receive call from them and I cant get in touch with them at all... I wish we could go to more reasonable place. This office is a joke... stay away...

I have had a crown replaced recently. After seeing the dentist a few times regarding sensitivity, I was told I needed to see a specialist, but that it would take a few weeks to have it approved through insurance and that I would receive a call once approved. Its been over a month and still no call! Really glad my problem wasnt infection causing, well yet anyways... I called to make an appt myself with a specialist and the operator set me up at the incorrect location... When I called said location (Main S), the operator was extremely unhelpful and rude. Instead of trying to help solve the issue, she would only help cancel the appointment. No research, no advise. As someone who is already scared and anxious when going to the dentist, dealing with the ring around is causing more unbalance and anxiety. At this time, I would not refer my family or friends to Western Dental.

The braces orthodontist is great as the visits are fairly quick. However, I had an appt at 12 for wisdom extraction and Ive been waiting for an hour. They said I should expect another 30 min delay. This place deserves 2 stars because when I called for a previous appointment I was running late for, I was rudely answered on the phone my appt would not be held if I was 10 min late. Doesnt make any sense since the wait time was over 30 min. People have lives. We dont have all day to sit in a waiting room. Stop overscheduling knowing the delay it has on other patients.

This place doesnt even deserve that one star. I dont understand how you have a so call office manager who cant take of issues or even care. The wait is ridiculous, the last time they had my daughter waiting for over 45 min while the so called dentist talked to another patient for more than 45 min!!! we just left came back the next day saw a different dentist who asked who had put on the temporary crown apparently it was put on incorrectly and my daughter had been in pain for a while. I called you so call customer care never got a call back from anyone.

worst customer service ever, awful that ive had to pay them, my son has been seeing the ortho since november and does not have his full set of braces on, she refused to see him due to a bracket that fall off. the lady in the front is so rude. i have no complaints about the dental side. every time ive had to deal with them its been great.

We had an appointment at 2:30 pm we were there on time actually we were there 15 min before our appointment but they made us waiting more then 4 hours then after that we noticed that the Dr working with 3 customers at same time ! I did ask the Dr he told me " its what its " They are very rude , not responsib

I am here for a follow-up visit and although I dont like dentist, I do love this Western Dental. The staff here is wonderful. They smile. The Superstar is Libia. She is very kind and caring, always smiling and funny. She has made my visit here so much easier to endure.

I walked in with no appointment during a Wednesday afternoon. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind and overall it was a great experience. I had a cleaning and 3 cavities filled, all without an appointment. Decent prices and great staff.

They are no responsible about people time and they dont care if you have any limit for your time they make me waiting for 3 hours and 40 min almost 4 hours and then they told me there is nothing to do for today only x-ray !

Worst time ever! Takes to long. denist chairs dirty and x ray machine bib. Bad service. No vary helpful and dont come ppl going to waste time. :( sadly i wish denist were friendly!
