Absolutely ridiculous. I had a 10:30 appointment and waited in the lobby for 50 minutes, then they called me back and I waited an additional 15 minutes before the physician was "just about ready for me". 10 minutes later, the physician was still "just about ready" and I walked out. The staff was friendly enough, but I would rather they be competent than charming. Avoid this center - take your business (and the money you would have spent on their exorbitant fees) elsewhere.

Never got in because besides what their website says and their answering machine says, they CLOSE at 5pm ! I called, listened to the message, checked the website and drove there... 50 minutes to get there in traffic. Got there at 5:50pm, and they were CLOSED. Then just to irritate me more, the employee standing next to her car said Were closed. I told her they should change their website and answering message - she just left without caring.

Great place , convenient and fast--- when theyre open!!!!-- but I have gone twice now and their hours are not as listed. First time, they were closing early bc the provider had to leave ... not huge, could happen at any office. Today, its 10am and the Pleasanton office is closed despite signage says open 9-1.... unfortunate because it was convenient but twice... this isnt ok, I wont likely try again.

I dont think even 1 star represents this place appropriately. I have been waiting 2 hours now. When in the waiting room a woman started swearing and yelling about paying her bill. Should have been enough to make me leave. The staff doesnt seem to know what is going on. They are nice but unfortunately this place is poorly managed.

Waited 1 1-2 hours before finally leaving. As I opened the exam room I asked the woman standing outside if she was the doctor, she didnt even look up at me. She just grunted and kept writing. Dont go here unless you want to be treated like crap and waste a couple hours of your life. I really cant believe they call this health care!

I had a really great experience at Synergy. I walked in around 9 on a Monday morning and there was no wait. The office was very clean and modern but the best part was the staff. They made me feel comfortable which you dont usually get from a medical office. It feels great to know they are just around the corner!

I had an earache and couldnt get into my primary physician. Called Synergy and met with Shannon, Nurse Practitioner, within and hour! My antibiotics were waiting for me when I got to my pharmacy. Brand new facility, friendly staff. Paid my regular co-pay. Nice to get in and out quickly when you feel crummy!

I went here for annual phycisal examination. People here are very nice and professional. Before I went there, I did some research online about what examinations are on the checklist. The doctor clearly explain the test and covers all the things I found online. I love this place.

Everything is fine for what a clinic should be, except this place is really slow. Show up at 950a for a 10a apt, youll be waiting at least a half hour past just to get in. If youve actually injured yourself this isnt the place to go.

I have to say that they have a really friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in to the building. The girls at the front desk we so nice. Oh and the location is great as well since it is only a few minutes from downtown Pleasanton :)
