Screw this place. Brought a family member to the ER around 8am this morning. Its 5pm as Im writing this and we havent seen a doctor in about 3 1/2 hours. The nurses keep telling us the doctor (one) had just been really busy. Sure hasnt seemed busy today. The nurses dont seem to know what theyre doing and its painfully obvious there arent enough doctors working here. Hope you dont have to come here with a true life or death emergency. Oh yeah, dont plan on taking any calls because theres no cell coverage in the building. The chairs in patient rooms are incredibly uncomfortable too.

Excellent customer service, always feel at home, staff is friendly and courteous, great doctors who spend, especially in this age, an amazing amount of time talking to the patient and seem to have a shared problem solving approach. Dr Lamb and Dr Kasper are fantastic and I imagine the other doctors are as well. Thanks!

Doctors and nurses are great. Front desk is the problem. Never answer the phone or return messages in a timely fashion. I keep trying but its like a brick wall around the doctors

Terrible customer service, doesnt return calls until next day, and sends you away when you need the doctor the most. Not worth your time, and apparently theirs either.
