Thought this was an "Urgent" Care facility. I was definately wrong. My son had an emergency with a cut finger, they shuffled me off with incorrect directions to a hospital I had never been to, when all I needed was for a doctor to take two minutes and see if it needed stitches or not. I was told its "lunch hour" here. I asked if I could wait 10 minutes since it will take at least 30 to get to the hospital, they said no, Ill be waiting at least that long. My advice is to never ever go to this "Non Urgent" care facility.

well..then there the fact tat one dr...and everybody in this valley know who he is..get people on a chronic pain regemen and then says...he not doing it anymore.and passes you along from dr to dr.and now after 4 years..i still have the chronic pain and nobody to help. on the other hand..dr. Gray is an amazing doctor.however..he is being forced to rush us and it takes 2 moths to get in. it used to be worth it for me to see him..but i am seriously questioning this.good look in your venture to find a dr. who has tie for you.

Ive had great experiences with the doctors and nurses here but reception is a mess. I came in for a scheduled appointment only for them to tell me that I have to reschedule at the hospital clinic because they dont take my insurance. I left an immunization form to be signed by my doctor. Reception told me that they would call when it was ready but they never did. I went to pick it up the next day and they had lost it.

I was referred by a friend and I wont be trusting her again or going back. I really felt like they were milking my insurance and didnt really feel like helping me was important. Being a business owner myself people not returning phone messages is a big peeve. Even more so when your sick
