Receptionists are unprofessional and demand to know personal information (outside of the realm of why you are making the appointment) before they will schedule an appointment with any of the clinics specialists. Dr. Azad is the rudest, most arrogant and most ignorant doctor Ive encountered. It took five months to even get an appointment with her, and then she just brushes everything off as anxiety and wont investigate anything further, even symptoms that have nothing to do with anxiety. Today she decided I have a learning disability that is the underlying cause of all of my symptoms, which she is not even qualified to diagnose and is not even accurate. I had a family member with me for moral support and she spent the entire appointment addressing them like I wasnt even in the room. This is completely unacceptable and I will never set foot in this clinic again. I would never recommend them or Dr. Azad to anyone.

Was assigned this clinic by my health insurance provider- Anthem Blue Cross. Called to make an initial appointment to obtain a GP. The receptionist was rude, abrupt, dismissive and entirely unpleasant to deal with. The nearest appointment I could obtain was more than 6 weeks in the future, not at all helpful for anyone with a heart condition, needing medication refills far sooner than 6 weeks.This indicates that the clinic has accepted more patients than they can adequately care for. I reported my experience to Anthem. Did not file a formal complaint, but I did let them know that this clinic is NOT at first contact exemplifying the kind of expertise and professionalism that Anthem members have come to expect. I do not believe they deserve even the one star, but a review wont post without such.

I Havent been able to get through on the phone for over a month, and I am wondering if it has anything to do with the changing of hands since the clinic isnt affiliated with Mercy anymore. At one point I couldnt leave a message because the appointment desk voicemail was full. Unfortunately, no one is calling me back. I have always received the best of care from the front desk, through the nurses and ultimately with Doctor Samuelson. She is the best Doctor in the world. Until I know whats really going on, I cant rate this place after 25 years of Excellent service to me, anything lower than 4 stars. Everyone is human and I am sure they are doing the best they can. Besides, I have never known Doctor Samuelson to take a vacation. I hope she has.

ZERO STARS. They dont care about your health. They rush you in and out of that clinic as fast as they can. Doctor didnt even look at my problem once! I overheard a lady talking to a patient over the phone and after she hung up she made a rude comment about him/her. Dirty rooms. Very poor customer service. Long story short worst experience ever!

Whats up with all the doctors on vacation until the 24th? And the office closed until then?because my daughter has a stay to see the specialtist but everyone is on vacation I guess.. Anyone know anything about it?

Horrible customer service. Medical assistants are rude. They just dont care. They dont care about ur health or anything that involves you. Extremely bad experience

There Doctors are in dirty and ignorant about peoples health. and they treat you/me like a job faster the better. I am hesitant to go to them. NO GOOD
