Very confused about this doctors office/policies. I was unable to keep my appointment due to an injury and called the office to reschedule. No answer and no recording, just a dead line. After a few tries, I looked her up on google maps to verify the number. Apparently I was dialing the correct number, but the listing says the office is permanently closed, so I stopped trying to contact them. Now theyre charging me for a missed appointment, but no one can tell me why there was no answer to my phone calls or how Im supposed to reschedule an appointment. Update July 2013 - So even though I paid the $40 "missed appointment" fee within a few days of them contacting me, they have taken me to collections. Very unprofessional organization all around.

Dr. Z is fabulous! Shes delivered both my babies, and I know she genuinely cares about me and my children. While I was in the hospital, she often checked in on me, and respected my request to stay as few days as possible (I had a c-section). When I found out that Valley Care would not let me have a VBAC, Dr. Z offered to help me find another doctor that would let me have one at another hospital, however, I trust and respect her so much, I stayed with Valley Care in order to ensure I would have her at the birth of my children. I knew she would do everything to keep me and my babies safe. I just cant say enough about how wonderful she is. Elizabeth

True she is busy, but everyone is. True she will drop everything to see a patient in trouble, but you will thank your lucky stars if that patient is YOU! Dr. Z is one of the sharpest and most caring OB there is. Period. Its worth the wait ! I wish we had more doctors like her.
