Ive been coming to this office for 4 years, but now I started thinking to switch to another ob/gyn office. Besides the fact of long waiting before your appointment and the fact that I was prescribed Nuvaring without asking about my past history of anxiety and panic attacks which caused my 4-years suffering from severe anxiety again I recently faced with neglect attitude to a patients concern. I got terrible vaginal bacterial infection which occurs to me once in 6 months average and I called to the office to ask if I can schedule urgent appointment in order to get treatment because its terribly itching and irritating. Someone from their office told me that theyre fully booked with another app-nts for the next 3 weeks. Than I asked can I at least just get prescription from my doctor ( or another) without app-nt since its uncomfortable and disturbing, having bacterial infection for 3 weeks when It could be treated easily with prescription medication. The person who was talking to me said she will ask a doctor about this and this doctor will call me back till the end of the day. It was last week Wednesday and nobody called me back. I waited until Friday (no call) and called again when I had had to explain my situation all over again. The person who was talking to me said she remember this and assured me that the doctor is busy with another patient currently but she PROMISED that she will talk with the doctor about my situation and theyll call me back for sure till the end of the day. Needless to say I didnt get any call back. This week Monday and Tuesday (which is today) nobody called me back. I understand that they are probably very busy with lots of other patients, but who am I in that case if not their patient? Should I suffer from my condition for 3! weeks waiting for unnecessary appointment ( I know bacterial infection symptoms very well since it occasionally occurred for me before) for getting simple prescription medication and get rid of it in 2-3 days? Too bad, this condition is not severely enough to go to an emergency room but bad enough to at least get simple and adequate treatment from my ob/gyn office which I didnt get. Hope this information will help someone to make their decision regarding this particular office and I will put effort to find another ob/gyn where I hope to be treated better.

This office represents horrible customer service. They had me endure a very painful Dand C and the Dr started it by saying "I dont know why we are doing this?" A second opinion also told me they thought it was an an unnecessary procedure. They threatened me with collection on a a bill and said whoops...we didnt see you had insurance, even though I had the information on file. They refused to renew a prescription in October unless I came in again, although I had just seen them in April for the same type visit. It was a routine prescription. They are greedy, uncaring people.

I am Mikes sister. This office is SO Horrible. I have been going to Drs for 50 years and have never encountered more rude staff. They forced me to do a painful D and C which the Dr during the procedure said was uneccessary. They take weeks to renew prescriptions. I am a professional woman and they just hung up on me when I dared to question their system. Cheril Fagan
