Ya no me gusta, el doctor cárcamo es bueno y paciente lo malo es que en 5 años solo una vez me a atendido el, su personal tardaron un año para poder mandar una referencia a especialista me la pase llamandoles para que la enviaran cada vez que les llamaba me dejaban en espera hasta 40 minutos y muchas veces me decían que llamara luego por que estaba almorzado aun que fuera diferente hora, me arte y fui en persona a pedírselo pero no me la quisieron dar la mandaron hasta que les dije que si se ponía peor el problema de mi hijo los hiba a demandar, me an tocado dos doctores jóvenes que son agradables y buenas con mis hijos pero hay una mayor que parece que todo el tiempo esta enojada y ni se diga si vas sin cita por que tu hijo trae una conjuntivitis en ambos ojos, o le dio una alergia corporal tienes que hacer cita y en 3 días te atienden

My appointment was at 2pm I got there on time I waited in the lobby for 2hrs just to wait another hr in the patients room but that was not the mayor problem, The place was filthy the scale to weight my newborn was very dusty and the measure table was worse. The patients room was very dirty trash can full of diapers it smelled in there if it wasnt because my baby needed her first shots I heard good things about the doctor but this filt was a deal breaker. Never never going back and never tell my friends to go here. Im sure health department should go by soon.

Ive been going here for years 9 to be exact, i scheduled my 2 daughters their flu shots weeks ago, I go today sign them in put I was there for FLU SHOT! Waited in the lobby for almost an hour then we get called and she tells me they ran out of flu shots! Really? They could of told me when I signed them in

I can get an apt the same day and the providers are very carrying. Dr. Carcamo is amazing as well as the PA. I go to the office on Jackson and the staff is always friendly. They have taken really good care of my son for four years. Thanks for the great health care and customer service!

I love Dr.Carcamo i took my two daughters for about 5yrs there the only problem is that theres a lot of Doctors there and they each have a different perspective. There is a wait when in the waiting room and even more time when in the room.

They are really nice and quick every time I go but today 8/11/15 they said they sent my daughterd prescription to my pharmacy and they didnt send it by the time I was able to go get it the doctors office was already closed .

My appt. Time was 1:30 tis Dr. Office is always running behind schedule. After they call your name u get a room but wating time is rediculus its been 1/2 hrs in tis room waiting an still!!!
