Dr. Edwards is a horrible doctor who should not be practicing- she is incredibly rude and has little interest in your opinion. If you want to delay vaccines or have any apprehensions about them , even if you are not totally anti vaccine - she will become blatantly abusive. I actually vaccinated my son and have been nervous to continue since he had a horrible reaction which I tried to talk with her about and she was cold and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I tried to have an open adult conversation with her since I am sort of in the middle of the road regarding them and I left appalled by her manner and the way she spoke to me. I also have friends who have had similar experience with other circumstances. If you want an open minded , educated and aware doctor who is willing to talk with you and understand your concerns as a parent , DO NOT go to Dr. Edwards .

Although I think Dr. Edwards has been amazingly attentive and professional, I sadly cant say the same about her staff. They have no patience, manners, or common sense. My insurance had stopped due to a fluke, and they didnt bother to call me to let me know before my emergency visit, that I had to drive across town to get to. They did not see my toddler son, and the man at the front desk said that it wasnt their responsibility to call me and notify me. It was embarrassing, as I work for a medical center, and we would never allow a patient to waste their time coming down, if we couldnt see them. I referred my friends to come over, and even they are looking for a new pediatrician due to the staff.

Hate this office, Although they have flexible hours, their staff has very little patience for children or parents and NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, NOTHING WILL GET DONE! I waited 6 months to get a referral to have my child seen by a specialist! This referral should have taken 5 days! Doctor Edwards is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. I couldnt ask for a better doctor! I just wish her staff, nursing, MAs and office staff actually liked their jobs.. This office makes my child very uncomfortable to go to.
