I would have given this place 4 stars because ultimately Ive had a really good experience here. The woman up at the front is so sweet, she always has a smile on her face, Ive never waited too long. The dental assistants I had were great. So was the doc who is doing the work on my teeth. Even the woman who takes your payment and schedules you for your next appointment is sweet! Its the companies policies that are giving them one star! I cannot believe the damage that your company does to your credit. Now I pay my bills and I have made a great example when I first came in for my tooth extraction. I go in there and get my dental implant and the payment processor asks me for a certain amount I explained to her I was unemployed but I could give her $200 down and pay $100 a month, she proceeded to tell me that I cant do that and I had to sign up for Care Credit. So I asked her, why cant I do that? You let me do it before. She explained to me the extraction was $400 less than what the implants were and thats why. Oh, and if I would have mentioned it to her before I got the implant done she could have done something about it then. How is that different? What were you only going to tell the doc to put half of the implant in? Anyways, so you mean to tell me, that youre going to FORCE me to sign up and hurt my credit score? Horrible horrible horrible policies. You guys have collection agencies that could collect on a bill if I didnt pay it so why would you force people to do that. I do understand that she is just doing what shes told so I dont hold anything against her, but I will hold something against "GENTLE" dental. I will pay my bill, but I will never come here again or recommend this place to anybody I know.

It is with great pleasure, & long overdue peace of mind that only comes with the gift of wellness:) Today, was the day I was so fortunate to have been in the healing hands of Dr. Peterson, I finally experienced that 1 of a kind sigh of relief, that only comes with assured confidence that allows one to loosen his grip, & actually "Let Go!" That feeling, I felt today, I must admit, has been such a long time coming, I must share the names of the wonderful staff who most sincerely cared 4 me so much so, I felt like family:) Dr. Peterson, You, & Ur staff showed me their very best, which in turn brought out my very best:) Hey Betsy:) Ur so Awesome:) U had me in Ur sights every minute! Hey Elsie! U were never more than an arms length away from my side:) Ur Amazing! Hey Shanna:) I never experienced a smoother assistants handoff! I opened my eyes, & there U were:) Ur Fantastic! Megan, the only words that come to mind is beautifully caring, by jumping in & securing a payment plan which I was totally unaware of?! As Im writing these most sincere feelings 4 ALL 2 See:) Only 1 word comes to mind? L O V E :) Love of ones self, ones profession, & Love 4 Ur fellow HumanE Being who ALL OF YOU COLLECTIVELY, made me feel Safe! Secure! & most importantly, Comforted by the most professionally competent hands ever! So, these heartfelt words I dedicate to my new friends who brought out the smile I feared I might have lost? I had a high opinion of gentle dental, until yesterday. I had an appointment for Thursday the 22nd, I got there and I was rudely informed that my appointment was reset for the next day and nobody told me. to top it off, the receptionist was rude. I left and returned this morning at 9, I sat and waited an hour and a half until the dentist finally saw me, he was rough the 2 seconds he actually looked in my mouth, then told me I needed 2 teeth pulled and root canal. I came in to get one tooth fixed thats been hurting me. so I wait another 30 mins, and then a nurse came up with paperwork, asking me to sign it.. over $1200, and there are previous charges on my account they cant explain, I know I owe them $40 for my last visit (2 days ago) but they are telling me I need to pay off my balance, yet cant explain where or when the charges are for/from, they reset my appointment without telling me, were rude about it, THEN kept me waiting for 2 hours to try and rob me basically cause idk what else to call it when someone trys to make me pay for something they cant show me where it comes from. after yesterdays/ and todays horrible experience I HIGHLY doubt I will return, even if they offered to do it free, id most likely turn them down, I saw way too much unprofessional behavior to comfortably allow these people to work on my teeth.

Save your time Gentle Dental takes forever to get you through the door I spent an hour in the waiting room. I got past getting x-rays done and was waiting for Dr to arrive to evaluate my cracked tooth. I knew after 1hr 15 mins of waiting and havent seen Dr yet was going to be an easy 3hr wait. Im not the guy who complains about cold soup. People like myself are tired of being overcharged for insurance to have to have it stuck in our noses by waiting on the tarmac like cattle to be seen. I cancelled my sons appt here as well and this is all with me having a cracked achey tooth. I have friends in CA whove told me many times Dentists like to cram patients in the door to maximize profits. Not front staffs faults its whoever cattles patients in for long waits. Generic response please dont reply with sorry call this number.its a competitive market and this type of practice is going to lose to the competition. Not saying grass is greener on the other side but let patients know Drs behind or notify to reschedule.

No words the staff is very rude unprofessional is an understatement to say the lest. I had a booked appointment waited for over an hour there response doctors at lunch. When my two children and I waited in the back the staff was very rude and seemed to not even want to do her job Pluss she had no Name tag on nothing . I was in shock! The doctor who saw my other daughter the day before came up to Me with no hello no smile said what are you bring All your kids here with teeth rooting out of there head! I was in shock! then Afterwards he walked away came back after 30 mins, was very rude to my daughters as well. To think I was there trying to fix my kids cavities. I ended up walking out telling him is there a problem With you treating my kids. Do you treat and talk to everyone this way?! I would Not go here ever again, I hope no one else will too. Im for sure they treat and talk horrible to Everbody. What a joke! Worse they probley billed my insurence very high claiming they did work that was never done.

I have been going to Gente Dental for many years, even though they have changed their name twice I am still a faithful patient of theirs. I really like Dr. Petersen, he is always there when we need him. I have two older boys that were patients too. I now have a 12 year old that has been going to Gentle Dental since he was 3 years old. He has braces now, and sometimes his wire brakes or moves out of place and what I like the most is that even though the Ortho dr. is not there Glenda is always there to help us out, she always goes out of her way to help me and my son. As a matter of fact, we were there today after school and after work, and Glenda was there to help us again. Glenda is always friendly and smiling and is always a pleasure to see her when we go for our routine check up and Ortho for my son.
