Dr. Gutierrez-Go has been our family pediatrician for over 15 years. 95% of the time I am able to get an appointment within 24 hours if warranted. I love that she has separate waiting areas for healthy and sick children. Dr. Gutierrez-Go is an advocate for reading literacy providing books to patients. The facilities are superb, each of the 8+ examination rooms are hand painted with unique themes that are cute and comfortable that make visiting her office a treat. The staff are amazing especially Patty. When ever I need help with sports physicals or vaccinations she is always helpful. I love Dr. Gutierrez-Go!!! I highly recommend her

When we have a scheduled appointment its a 1 hours wait or longer. Everytime Ive tried to call their office I cant get a hold of someone, and if I try to leave a voicemail its immediately followed by "there is not enough message space to make a recording" or "receptionist is away from the desk at the moment" or phone line is busy. They sent me a billing statement with a charge I had already paid at the office lucky I still had the recept. They do have a nice facility and staff is friendly but its not worth it. I will no longer be taking my kids there. I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone

Appointment at 9:10 am, its 10:38 am. Still havent seen the doctor. My son is here for a physical. I know that there is 3 waiting rooms, one for the sick, for the well and for private insurance. I was told by the nurse we were next put doctor went to the other room where someone else with private insurance was waiting. Now if there going to discriminate just because they feel the ones with private insurance have priority thats not right. So unfair, am a tax payer just cant afford to pau for private insurance

Dont like the very very long wait!!! Or how they charge for every dam medical copy you need or for them to fill out paperwork for you!! Its pathetic if you ask me ! Like you really going to charge us parents for you guys to fill out school forms? And you really going to charge us to for our kids records copy etc....dont get me wrong their rooms are very clean and staff can be nice but service here sucks I always dread on bringing my kids here this will diffently be my last visit here

My daughter has a very serious illness,and Dct. Go is amazing with her,as well as myself. She is a brilliant doctor. She takes the time to listen and she cares.She is one of the best Doctors we have had. The staff is amazing there as well. My daughter does not like being ill,but she feels cared for there and safe. She knows Dr Go is one smart ,careing doctor. She also does a great job on botox for adults. Thanks for all Dr G.

Dr. Go has been my childrens pediatrician for 11 years. She is an amazing doctor and person. She and I have rode out more than a few middle of the night illness emergency calls together and I would not trust my childrens care to anyone else. In addition, I love her staff. When I take my daughter in, she is excited to go see her Dr. Go and the staff that feel like family to us.

Very clean and kid friendly, Love the fact that there is separate waiting areas. The rooms are clean and bright, I can usually get a sick appointment within 24hrs and I love that. Nurses and Office personnel are very friendly. Yes there is a wait usually but I find it worth my time because I know my kids will get great care and all my questions answered

This place is really tidy! And really nice decorated. But I wouldnt recommend it. I always get put on hold for 20 min or more to schedule my children appointment. Wait time is ridiculous 3 hrs or more. This last time I sat for 3 hrs in the waiting room. 4 ppl in front me and decided to walk out.

My son has been seen three times at this facility. Everytime our visits have been of a minimum of two hours. The Dr has a nice friendly staff but the wait is too long. This will be the last time I bring my son here.

Everyone here is so friendly. The NP Stacie is fantastic as is Dr. Go. The themed rooms run the gamut from Sponge Bob to Castles and Farms. All 6 of my children have been treated by the amazing staff here.
