The office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr K misrepresented herself as being from Anthem Pediatrics then sends an outrageous bill from Siena. Very deceptive practices. Beware when choosing Siena Pediatrics or getting stuck with Dr K. Definitely would not recommend Sienna Pediatrics. Update 2-19-16 Got a call from the director of Siena Pediatrics in response to the review and had hopes of our issues getting resolved. Well they didnt. Dr C made excuses for her staff and what happened. I had hoped that they would have some integrity and take some responsibility for how they treat customers and represent themselves. After speaking with the director it is apparent that the rude attitude and poor customer service comes from the top. Even after our issues had been explained multiple times they just dont get it. Siena Pediatrics could have avoided this whole issue by Dr K identifying herself correctly in the first place. Also her billing department could have treated the situation professionally rather than with a rude attitude. This is definitely not how I expect to be treated by medical professionals. You dont become number one by treating your customers like number two. Again if you have any choice at all avoid Siena Pediatrics at all cost.

I gave this office another chance, however I had an emergency with my granddaughter and once again was told they have no appointments until Monday. This is a 2 year old that is crying when they urinate, a uti maybe, I dont know. I will find another pediatric clinic, even though I do like the drs. This is the 2nd time they havent seen her for an emergency. I talked to Dr W last time and thought it was resolved. Bad staff, = bad office.

Horrible customer service by whomever answers the phone and instead of coming up with a solution for scheduling a time for my sick son, she would rather argue with me that even though they dont open until 8:30 and I have been calling since 8:15, they are all booked and have been answering calls since 8:00 am but its a miracle that they answered my 8:30 call when they open but none of my other 10 calls prior to 8:30!

Dont do it. Do NOT take your child to this office unless you like to deal with unprofessional staff who communicate poorly and waste your time. The level of care received was inadequate compared to the amount of time and energy spent on office visits. The owner is dishonest and has no problems oversharing information regarding the relative nature of your childs visits.

I think Siena deserves more then a 3.7 rating! My son has been seen here since before he was 1! He will soon be 10. They ALWAYS have been accommodating when it comes to short-call appointments. I am in and out quick. I live on the other side of town now and I still drive to Henderson because I refuse to have another doctor see him.

I have had doctor carrie and doctor rema and they are the best! They are very knowledgeable and sweet and have great bedside manners! I am very picky about doctors and the level of care my baby gets and they meet and surpass my expectations. I am glad theyre my babys doctor.

I really like this office. Dr. Matthew Padgett is an amazing pediatrician. He takes the time to listen to what I have to say and is very caring towards my son. I highly recommend Dr. Padgett and Dr.Carrie at Siena Pediatrics.
