No niego que son buenos doctores,pero las enfermeras no están capacitadas para sobrellevar ese consultorio, con cita o sin ella esperas más de dos horas; y luego les das tu farmacia y te mandan la medicina a otra y luego les llamas y te dicen que te regresarán la llamada y nunca te llaman tienes que volver a llamar otra ves les tratas de hacer ver sus errores y se molestan. Si aguien me recomienda otro pediatra le estaré muy agradecido.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this doctor! Hes extremely attentive and always seems to personally remember both my children (I know he has a chart & its more or less his job to make it appear as if he personally remembers both my children) but I really feel as if he does! The office staff always seems busy but pretty on point with everything as far aa scheduling apts, making apts, & phone calls. The place always smells & looks clean & I love how each personal waiting room has a different disney theme. The main waiting lobby is divided in 2, 1 for everyone & 1 for the children whom are already sick (which is pretty damn awesome to me!) The nurses are good (1 in particular- Mexican, she did my sons circumcision (wish i knew her name) but shes awesome!) & LASTLY, they take walk-ins (which is completely convenient when needed!) & Ive never really waited too long even on a walk-in! Very satisfied....

Todavía ni visitó el consultorio pero las recepcionistas me trataron pésimo por teléfono me puso mucho tiempo en espera y no me quiso hacer cita para mis dos hijos el mismo día, se porto muy groseras por teléfono no me imagino en persona

Great doctors my children have been going to them since 2009 but the newer receptionist have me looking for a new paediatrician theyve made it so hard to get any answers about a prescription

Great amazing doctors specially Dr. Peraza. Staff very poorly.wish the doctor would focus on staff becuz they are very difficult!
