THE STAFF HERE IS INCOMPETENT AND HAVE SERIOUS COMMUNICATION ISSUES! Dr. Kufuor has been my sons pediatrician since he was born and I have to say he is truly awesome! Although, I have been considering never returning to either of his locations. His staff is extremely unprofessional and need a lot of training when it comes to speaking to clients/customers. The staff constantly screws up when sending my sons prescriptions and setting up appointments. I feel like I bother them when I ask a question or have a concern. They dont even look you in the eyes when speaking to you. They dont make you feel like coming back thats for sure! I have asked for a list of medication my son was prescribed and it took them a whole week to get back to me. I didnt get my sons blood work results for a whole 2 months because they claimed they "never came-in"! Im writing this review while Im on hold waiting for someone to realize I can hear the entire conversation ( about clients, personal issues etc.Ended up waiting for 22 min.). THE STAFF HERE IS INCOMPETENT AND HAVE SERIOUS COMMUNICATION ISSUES!

Ive only visited Dr. Kufuors office twice for my 4 y.o. son, but I left pleased both times. Dr. Kufuor is extremely gentle and kind, and show a genuine interest in my son. Im very appreciative of Dr. Kufuors attitude even towards ME; he takes the time to answer any questions and concerns that parents may have. Dr. Kufuor is a keeper!

Dr kufor and his nurses in the back are great. However the front I cant say so much. From the phone calls to the girl scheduling your appointment. They sound irritable, aggravated and unfriendly. Ive called a few time for information, and was told Id get a call back. They just seem unhappy to be there

When Dr Kufora isnt in the building his nurses are rude the staff is slow they are the like you are bothering them. The new people dont know what to do most of the time. I will only cone when Dr. Kufora is here because he keeps everyone together and the do there job right.

The doctors are good but gosh the hours suck! They are never open, they never answer i always hear the answering service. Now the phone is disconnected. Its irritating! I have to find another office fast!
