I was prescribed an antibiotic called clyndamycin 300mg. Went to the pharmacy to pick it up and the pharmacist instructs me to take food with the pill every six hours. I eat I take a pill and about an hour later I am laid out with severe stomach cramps. I have never taken this stuff before, and have always had a little stomach issue when taking antibiotics, but this was an extreme. So I called the clinic and told the Doc the problem I was having and asked if he could prescribe me something not as strong. Negative. He told me that , THAT was the only antibiotic that would help me. I dont believe that. now I have to go to another clinic and pay again so that I can get something not so strong. They just dont give a ^&&%,. At all.

Been there twice. I would LOVE to see a doctor at some time, instead of a PA. PAs are great for routine medical care, but not for URGENT care. 1st time I went, the PA didnt even examine me. Just told me that because I am allergic to some antibiotics, there was nothing she could do. REALLY?? Because I ended up at the ER and THEY helped me. So, $100 co-pay for urgent care and $750 co-pay for the ER for a sinus infection.

My sister had an eye infection so we visited this location at noon on a Wednesday. We were seen fairly quickly; the entire visit lasted a little less than an hour. When the Dr. entered the room, he used hand sanitizer and proceeded to touch my sisters face. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AT ALL in front of us. The ick factor is so high

What a crap place. Just just move through the paces getting the basics completed. Un-personable stuff. Everyone there give me the impression that I was a bother. I think the doctor saw me for less then two minutes. I hope I never need them again. No one gave their Name. They suck

I broke an ankle while playing with my large dog in a park. I went to KRMC urgent care thinking the charges would be lower than the ER fees, they were. I was treated in a timely and professional manner and received x-rays that confirmed the fracture. I give five stars.

The staff here were very kind and professional. My hubby hurt his knee and needed a brace and they included it in the visit. We visitited recently and our family had strep throat we were cared for quickly and are on the mend. Thank You for Great Service...

Ann Garibaldi nurse practitioner refused to give me Augmentin like the last doc here did..She gave me the same antibiotic I have taken for two years for another problem. I did not fill the prescription. I still have pneumonia...Hate the place.

Be on guard. They tell you your insurance will cover the visit. You are seen by a nurse practitioner, then they bill it as an emergency room visit & emergency Dr. So your insurance wont cover it. A quick visit was almost $1000. For 2 people!

They really need better staff in the ER they blew out my vein twice and left a knot in the last vein. The nursing staff are wonderful and they make you feel like you are their only patient I give them 10*s

My husband and I went into this urgent care facility today and found the staff to be very pleasant and professional. We were very happy with the outcome of our visit today.

Went there for treatment over the weekend, 10 minute wait to see Dr Damron. He treated my problem and I was on my way. Wonderful doctor, staff and facility. THANKS!!!!!!
